I work in EMS and was looking for a good work bag. The patrol bag definitely suits my needs for something small enough but large enough to hold everything I could need in a shift.

Looks like a great bag, but is not what the page suggests and will not suit my needs because of this. Bag is much larger than they specify - 18.5 x 12 x 8 are the inside dimensions of the large pocket and do not account for the external pockets. Actual size is more like 22 x 9 x 12 (they spec L x H x W rather than L x W x H). Also, the third product image shows what looks to be a removable carrier segmented into 3 even sections and a bag. These are nowhere to be found. The internal dividers are velcrod in place and while removable, are not adjustable. There is only velcro installed in specific places and you cannot reconfigure the internal dividers. See photos for layout - is not what you would expect given image 3 above. One more caveat, the id holder window is not prominently displayed on the front as the image suggests but alone by itself on the back of the bag. There are pockets on the inside of the lid that arent shown in the product page (they are a nice touch and look useful, but another deviation from what was described). Outside of not being what they advertised, the bag looks awesome. Well made, strong velcro, pockets in the right places. Actually very annoyed it will not work for my application due to size and internal configuration.

LOVE this bag. Fits and keeps organized gas mask + canister, traffic direction vest, long rain coat, extra flashlights, extra batteries for flashlights and radio, work gloves, Nitril gloves, 1 storage clipboard, 3 regular clipboards, 2 accordion folders stuffed with paperwork, ticket books, penal code book, street map, extra pens, extra notepads, extra cuffs, hand sanitizer, bug spray, sunscreen, etc. ... Sturdy stitching and zipper and comfortable carry strap, too. I was a little concerned that it doesnt have a strap to attach it to the seat, but I havent had a problem with it sliding even when running code. Definitely satisfied with this purchase.

I officiate High School track meet and have accumulated quite a bid of gear; tape measures, starter pistols, clip boards, stop watches etc. This bag holds it all along with water bottles and I can strap an umbrella to the top for foul weather. Its reasonably water resistant and seems sturdy enough to make it through a few years of hard use. I carry about 25 pounds of equipment. I like this bag, I had a back pack which held most of this stuff and if I put it on the ground it would fall over and always gave me trouble finding things. This bag sits up nice and opens wide to view everything. The only thing I would change is the top, it has two zip compartments and a Velcro flap which hold paper and pens. The problem I have is when the top is open it flips over and the compartments are upside down. it would be great if they were the other way around or there were straps to hold the top vertical. Other than that its a great bag.

perfect for work. This bag is sturdy and of good material and holds its shape. its not too wide so is perfect to put on the floor of the back seat. Love all the pockets, well worth the price.

I tried several bags and this one is the best I have found for a patrol gear bag.

This thing is strong as heck. I’ve been using it as a daily duty bag for about 6 months and it has been taking a beating with no bruises to show for it. Worth every penny for sure. Plenty of room for anything you’d want to put in it. I’ve even used it on multiple occasions to pack some clothes for overnight or weekend trips. It’s a go to get it done bag. But it, you’ll love it.

Admittedly, Im not the target market. Im not a first responder or a member of the military, so Im admittedly not using my patrol bag to go ON patrol. HOWEVER: I bought one of these in the middle of 2018, and it has been knocked about and treated with no great ceremony in that time. Ive taken bus trips with it, hauled it in and out of a semi truck every two weeks, overloaded it with crap to the point I was sure Id break the strap, whole nine yards. Bag is still absolutely, positively flawless. No rips, strap still secure and holding strong, all the zippers still work, whole nine yards. Its a bit dirty (not the bags fault, definitely mine), but for all its been through its holding up amazingly well. Seriously can not recommend this enough for anyone that just needs to be prepared for every eventuality (and needs the storage for items TO USE in every eventuality), this is your bag. It also works fantastically as a laptop bag, I bought a second one since I bought a gaming laptop and I can fit the laptop, my mouse, my headset, three different external drives, the wireless station for my headset, a USB hub, the charging cable, a controller, and a shit-ton of other cables in there neatly -- and Ive still got room to spare. It is seriously worth every penny thus far and I have no reason to suspect they wouldnt still be hauling my crap around in 10 years time.
