> 3 dayIt has nice and thick pure copper, it is 0.09 lnch/2.30 mm thick. It has a flare wire entrance to help guide in wire strands. It works well with my TEMCO Hammer style crimping tool. I hope they will also provide the tinned version too.

> 3 dayIm doing a wiring project with #6 wire, and these make excellent terminations. I have a nicro press tool I use on my boat, and that crimps these terminals nice and tight. I do put dielectric grease in, maybe unneeded, but its a habit.

07-06-2025What can I say? They are good lugs, the right size, made of copper. Nothing bad to report.

Greater than one weekI used some of these to build new golf cart power leads. They were easy to crimp, and hold secure. I actually crimped them down to 4ga, as I bought 2ga by mistake, but since they are copper, they crimped fine. I will probably tin the next few for longevity, and to protect against dissimilar metals on certain areas they are attached.

> 3 dayI got the 6 gauge 5/16(M8) lugs. Im using these on 4 gauge WindyNation wire. I found out that you cant match wire and lugs using gauge alone. The actual decimal diameter of a manufacturers gauge of wire varies a lot depending on the stranding, and bunching of those strands. Lug manufacturers tend to go larger with their ID to accommodate more wire designs. To get the best connection, you want the wire to fit snugly in the lug prior to crimping. If its way loose, your crimp will look bad and the connection will likely be poor. I always match the OD of the bare wire to the ID of the lug, and use gauge just as a loose reference. These lugs are about average in thickness. I measured these at .060. I have others that are .075, and I prefer that thickness. However, these are wider. That extra width allows more contact surface on my bus bars, battery terminals, etc. I think the extra width, and therefore extra contact area, is more important. The terminals fit my wire perfectly and crimp nicely. It would be nice if they came with heat shrink tubing, but theyre otherwise just about perfect. I recently also got the 1 Awg terminals and had the same great experience. The copper was thick enough, and the terminal itself was wide. These are well made terminals, and they were perfect for my needs once again.

> 3 dayThese are a nice set of 10 lug connectors - on par with some others i’ve had before. I have a crimper, and these work well with them. Decent quality. Very nice.

> 3 dayGood quality, heavy gauge copper wire lugs. Machining and stamping is done very well. It has a 5/16 or about 8mm ring terminal. Only other thing youll need to make quality high amperage connections is the crimping tool (see the snap-on version in my photos) and a little heat shrink tubing. 5 stars

09-06-2025With a product like this, its either going to be great or absolutely horrible. I am happy to say these were great. They fit my 2/0 awg wire perfectly. You could probably solder them to the wire, but I ended up crimping it with a hydraulic crimper.

Greater than one weekThese are copper and are well made at a great price point.

Greater than one weekThese are first rate terminals made of 100% pure copper for excellent conductivity! The quality is very nice, with terminal size clearly stamped, and they are accurately sized for the wire gauge they represent. Very good value!
