> 3 dayI have a decent sized solar setup and I am constantly upgrading or changing things around. I go through a fair amount of terminals, mainly in setting up the connections between the various battery banks and the inverter. These lugs are copper, fit perfectly, crimp and solder easily. Exactly what I wanted. 5 stars for matching description exactly. Note: I have been an Amazon customer for almost 20 years. I write all of my reviews to reflect my personal observations and opinions on a product. It matters not if I have purchased the item myself or if it was provided to me for review. My goal is to provide other potential customers as much real-world knowledge as possible to make an informed decision. In most cases I will return to my review in 6 months or less to see if I should alter my original observations. In no case will the cost of a product influence my opinions at all. In addition, I will try to include multiple images and or videos on each product, if practical.

Greater than one weekI ordered the 4AWG 5/16 terminals and when I first received them I thought I had the wrong gauge. They appear much larger than some other existing 4awg terminals I have. Upon further inspection, I think theyre actually better quality. Using a micrometer, I measured the same internal diameter as my others (about 7.5mm), and this one is actually a little more round. I think 2 things make it look larger. The first is it has a flared end where the wire goes in, and the second is that it fully encloses the wire. The flared end is is good to help you insert the wire, but on the other hand it could be harder to crimp flush with your wire. This terminal is also thicker than my others (2mm). Additionally, when the wire is fully inserted, it will not stick out the other side as theres no opening opposite the entry; it is fully enclosed. Overall, this seems to be a good quality terminal.

> 3 dayThese are good quality lugs that fit my wire and crimped perfectly. How My Star Rating System Works & What They Mean: 1 STAR - Pretty much junk and I would return and ask for a refund if I could. 2 STAR - It works, but barely meets the minimum requirements it should in order to keep it and not return it, but I would not order again. 3 STAR - It does what it was designed to do, but theres nothing really special about it. Its acceptable but not great. 4 STAR - I am very comfortable recommending it to a friend because it is is well made, durable, and delivers on its advertised features, and I would buy it again. 5 STAR - I really love it. The item exceeds my expectations of quality, durability and functionality. Not only would I purchase it again, but I would also actively encourage friends and family to to do the same. All of my reviews are my own personal opinion and are completely honest no matter if I receive an item for free or I pay for it. I am an avid Amazon shopper, as well as an Amazon Vine Voice and I personally rely on reading reviews to make all of my buying decisions, so I understand the importance of honest reviews from my peers.

> 3 dayI had a hard time finding these locally. I needed to swap out the work clamp on a welder and I was also trying to build a separate work lead with a magnetic ground. But all I could find locally in this size was tin plated copper in 2 packs for about $5. This is non-plated regular copper in a 10 pack for $7! Great deal and served my purpose exactly as I had hoped.

> 3 dayNo problem inserting the correct size awg wire and soldering the lug onto the wire. I did use flux and had no problems with adhesion. Worked just fine. With they had a size between the 1/2” and 1/4” hole. I’m sure 3/8” or 5/16” would be the most popular for the hole size. I used the larger 1/2” hole and put a stainless washer over the lug so it could be secured.

06-06-2025They work as advertised but are a bit on the thin / flexible side. Minor knock, otherwise they represent a good value and work as described.

> 3 dayI ordered the 2/0 terminals for an inverter setup for my vehicle. These things are beefy, as expected. They crimp well and have lots of contact surface to make a good connection. I am very happy with the build quality, these things look like they will last.

> 3 dayThese terminals have really come in handy with a welding machine rebuild that I’ve been working on. They went on the cables easily and are very durable. Would recommend these
