First I noticed that the luggage was dirty and used. Second I noticed that it was definitely not like the color pictured. I then became aware that I couldn’t open the dirty used suitcase because the lock was engaged and there were no directions on how to reset it. Needless to say, I returned it, I regret not taking a pic to share before dropping it off.

I bought this one because first Swiss Gear has always been a great product for me. Its a little larger than a med luggage and smaller than a large bag. Not very heavy. I like the pockets inside for organizing my things

We traveled Portugal with our new carry one. With a the cobblestone streets and sidewalks, I thought for sure the wheels would fall of. Nope. Just like a 4x4 truck! The expandable portion of the carry on was crucial also. Just wishing the pouch for the portable power pack was a bit bigger. Overall. A great lightweight, durable carryon.

Poor quality. Didn’t even get to use once since zipper ripped. Didn’t need to use before return window, so now stuck with it. Waste of money.

I love this for the price. Love the charging station. You could put that battery in a purse or bag but it’s just convenient there in the luggage. I never forget it and I recharge it after every trip to be sure it’s ready.
