Was really excited for this suitcase only to learn that I wasted my money when the zipper broke on my first trip.

Great separation sections inside of suitcase, fits in overhead bins. Feels well made and sturdy for travel.

Glad I purchased this before my trip to China. I was able to fit a weeks worth of clothes inside without problem. No issues with overbin storage on planes. This bag allowed me to avoid baggage claim, awesome! Quiet/smooth wheels and sturdiness made traveling from airports to hotels headache free, even on uneven concrete.

It was impossible to fix the broken zipper once I got it back from the airport. I use the bag exactly one time. In all my time shopping it was one of the biggest waste of money that I’ve ever had. I don’t know how you can design dependable luggage with such a weakness

Perfect size for five day trip. I needed 2-3 outfits per day including shoes and this suitcase was perfect.

So far so good! It’s sturdy, lightweight, great wheels, good compartments for organization and has a USB outlet. I’ve had Tumi’s and their wheels don’t balance out the weight of the suitcase. This feels durable and is also stylish. It goes with all my black bags and travel outfits and is easy to tell from all the other black bags. I can just wipe off any dirt that gets on it too! So glad I waited and researched and found this suitcase. I travel weekly and so far it’s hasn’t disappointed!

This is a very nicely built luggage and very functional. It does appear smaller than the luggage it replaced, but it holds about the same amount of stuff. We traveled from USA to Mexico with it and it did great. We dont travel often, so I cannot speak for its long-term durability yet.

Poor quality. Didn’t even get to use once since zipper ripped. Didn’t need to use before return window, so now stuck with it. Waste of money.
