Love this suitcase. It’s a perfect carryon suitcase.

I really want to like this product because it worked well until the telescoping handle broke and would not raise up anymore. I contacted Swiss multiple times and never received a response or reply as to how to replace per the warranty.

Had this luggage for a few years, handle broke when trying to collapse the telescope. Contacted SwissGear requesting a simple replacement part, received a two page dissertation on all the steps one would have to take for resolution. No response to request just to send a new handle. Frustrating. Accidentally went to Victronix thinking it was SwissGear, they responded instantly and followed up a with a survey on their service. I know who I will go to for a replacement.

I bought this as a carry-on for a recent trip. I already had a Swiss gear in black but the handle stopped going down easily and I hated being the person holding up a line while trying to check a bag because the handle wont go down. So I got this one, which matches a larger check-in bag that I have from Swiss Gear. I have used it for only the one trip, and it did fine. It has ample storage space and good zippers, and it is light weight and easy to handle. The wheels roll very smoothly. Well have to wait and see how long it takes for the handle to stop working on this one.

I was going on a business trip and needed a new piece of carry on. My previous one was a branded one from my company, which was cheaply made. I saw this one for the modern sleek style and just love it. Wheels and casing are sturdy, color is great (except the camo interior) and overall well made. The interior is camo and not really my flavor, but who cares it will be full with clothes and shoes and no one sees inside. Love the charging port feature as it allows me to charge my phone/tablet without having to carry a battery pack.

This suitcase seems easy to pull and turn with. It is lightweight which is nice for a carry-on. Also like that it expands. The USB port will come in handy. This was a gift for my daughter and she loved it and will get much use as she travels alot.. . . time will tell on its durability.

Mine didn’t even last a full trip. the seam with the zipper ripped open after just one plane ride.

Great separation sections inside of suitcase, fits in overhead bins. Feels well made and sturdy for travel.

I bought this suitcase for my husband because it’s: lightweight, durable, has plenty of storage pockets inside and it also has a pocket for a portable charger.

As someone who travels every week, this suitcase has been a fantastic replacement for my previous Swiss suitcase.
