Greater than one weekI bought two suitcases before my wife and I made a vacation trip to Italy. By all appearances, the suitcase should weigh a ton, but its surprisingly lightweight. Even when it was full, I had no difficulty lifting them up to put it on the overhead shelf on the train. Its durable. Despite whatever abuse the airline crews dished out, and being dragged across cobblestone sidewalks, neither suitcase had a mark on them when we returned home. This the first suitcase Ive owned that had four wheels rather than two -- what a difference in maneuverability, especially when wending our way through a crowd. (Id like to purchase the medium-sized version, but Im not having any luck in finding it in the same color.)

> 3 dayI received my luggage today and found it to be alittle scuffed up but was able to wipe away with a clorox wipe. The thing that was very disappointing was one of the pair of wheels was missing their wheel cap. I dont know what happened but it really made me sad that I paid for something that wasnt perfect. I recommend to purchase off the swissgear website, maybe youll get all wheel caps on all wheels. So disappointed.

> 3 dayI took this through two airports and it rolled very easily. The case is actually lighter than a smaller underseat carry on that I bought around the same time. I did not use the lock that came with the case however.

> 3 dayPurchased for 14 day land sea cruise. Held up to all the beating of multiple flights and ship and shore loads and unloads. Size is perfect but can be overloaded past 50 lbs if not careful

> 3 dayTSA lock, large volume, showing little wear after several airline trips, a little expensive but worth it.

> 3 dayHad this luggage for a few years, handle broke when trying to collapse the telescope. Contacted SwissGear requesting a simple replacement part, received a two page dissertation on all the steps one would have to take for resolution. No response to request just to send a new handle. Frustrating. Accidentally went to Victronix thinking it was SwissGear, they responded instantly and followed up a with a survey on their service. I know who I will go to for a replacement.

> 3 dayI was looking for a bag that would easily fit overhead but large enough to pack for a weeks trip. They dont claim that this bag is for a week, just 3 days, but I try not to take too much with me. I bought the gold one which I like and it matches a bag I slip over the handle. It rolls well. Have only used it for one trip so far so not sure how it will hold up but it appears sturdy enough particularly if you dont check it. Pleased with my purchase. Good value, too.

Greater than one weekGot this for our 13-year-old daughter in need of some “grown up” luggage, as she has crossed the threshold from kid to teen! She loves it. It holds more than I expected and has simple, yet effective, organization inside. The wheels are smooth & the fact that it has 4 wheels makes it even better. The extension handle seems a little flimsy, but hasn’t posed a problem thus far. The attached handle (the one used to lift the suitcase) is very comfortable & has great padding. The suitcase also has charging capabilities for your phone/iPad/etc., however, I’ve yet to figure out how it works. (Not because it’s difficult, but because it’s the summertime and kids are out of school! No way do I have time for menial tasks right now... back-to-school season cannot get here fast enough! Ha!)
