> 3 dayI bought this as a carry-on for a recent trip. I already had a Swiss gear in black but the handle stopped going down easily and I hated being the person holding up a line while trying to check a bag because the handle wont go down. So I got this one, which matches a larger check-in bag that I have from Swiss Gear. I have used it for only the one trip, and it did fine. It has ample storage space and good zippers, and it is light weight and easy to handle. The wheels roll very smoothly. Well have to wait and see how long it takes for the handle to stop working on this one.

> 3 dayIt was impossible to fix the broken zipper once I got it back from the airport. I use the bag exactly one time. In all my time shopping it was one of the biggest waste of money that I’ve ever had. I don’t know how you can design dependable luggage with such a weakness

> 3 dayGot this for our 13-year-old daughter in need of some “grown up” luggage, as she has crossed the threshold from kid to teen! She loves it. It holds more than I expected and has simple, yet effective, organization inside. The wheels are smooth & the fact that it has 4 wheels makes it even better. The extension handle seems a little flimsy, but hasn’t posed a problem thus far. The attached handle (the one used to lift the suitcase) is very comfortable & has great padding. The suitcase also has charging capabilities for your phone/iPad/etc., however, I’ve yet to figure out how it works. (Not because it’s difficult, but because it’s the summertime and kids are out of school! No way do I have time for menial tasks right now... back-to-school season cannot get here fast enough! Ha!)

> 3 dayWheel broke on its first airplane trip. Customer service at Swissgear requested a dozen photos to verify damage and eligibility, its been 60 days and they havent so much as replied to my fulfilment of their requests. I know these seem like a better deal, but spend the money and get quality product and service from Samsonite or elsewhere. Lesson learned.

> 3 dayI like that its easy to maneuver around easily around the crowd, what I dont like is that the bottom of the suitcase doesnt have a handle or a way to lift it...
