I recently purchased the heated neck relaxer, I am thoroughly impressed with this product. The first thing I noticed was how easy it was to use. My upper back and neck was in pain from working a desk job I had no idea what to even start doing to make it feel alittle better. I was just randomly shopping and this popped up on my feed so why not try it cause it’s for the area that hurts right now as soon as I got it I tried it out and just laying and relaxing letting my back adjust to it I can tell it’s going to work magic this is a game changer I’m not going to be in pain anymore !!

Disclaimer: your neck and back will initially ache after lying on this for an extended amount of time. I attribute this to the inflammatory agents released while doing this exercise. The heating element was very nice and helped relax the neck muscles while stretching the vertebrae though I would recommend following the usage instructions because too long on this device can cause issues. Definitely a game changer for someone with upper back and neck pain!

The pillow helps to relieve my neck pain. It is comparable to the similar pillow that I got from my chiropractor except that this one also has the heat function.

I love this thing! It’s incredible how quickly it heats up which is nice so you’re not having to wait for that added relaxation. The heat definitely helps loosen up my neck muscles and aids in the aligning of my neck. Just 10mins a day and I’ve noticed major improvement in my neck pain. I look down a lot during the day so this is my favorite thing to use the moment i get home!

I bought this recently through Amazon because I was looking for some an alternative to lay and stretch my neck and head on other than laying down flat. I have carpal tunnel and I also have some kind of impingement in my cervical spine that is affecting the nerves on my right side, causing pain and tingling, and after a long day of work at the keyboard, I will lay down on this for a few minutes only just to get rid of the stiffness in my neck and then will relax my shoulder and allow me to sleep. It does get quite hot so be careful to only use for a few minutes. Not more then qp minutes. You can also not turn on the heating feature also . Thei is one of the thing s I use to help stitch my neck and I use it midday also

Such a great product! I had a very stiff neck and as soon as I used this product my neck started to stretch out and I can feel the knots melting away. Once I finished my stiffness disappeared giving me full motion. Definitely recommending and gift this to my friends and family.
