Nice curve that perfectly fits my neck. After a long day of work I lie on the ground and rest my neck on this pretty much everyday. Something surprised me is that it can be used on my chair, and this is great!

Tried both ways and it was painful. It needs more padding. It might not be so bad when sitting I haven’t tried that yet. But laying on it puts too much pressure on your weight because it’s so hard. Pretty sure I’m going to send this back.

I love this thing! It’s incredible how quickly it heats up which is nice so you’re not having to wait for that added relaxation. The heat definitely helps loosen up my neck muscles and aids in the aligning of my neck. Just 10mins a day and I’ve noticed major improvement in my neck pain. I look down a lot during the day so this is my favorite thing to use the moment i get home!

This was smaller than I expected (idk what I was expecting haha) but it gets the job done! I usually use a towel underneath my neck so this was more convenient and better. It also came with a little baggy to keep it safe.
