Unfortunately, I spend too much time on my personal computer and other electronic devices. I tend to hold tension in my neck and shoulders. Ive tried stretch bands and other devices but nothing seemed to target the neck area. The neck stretcher has a V-shape curvature that supports and stabilizes the spine. It was uncomfortable to use at first, but after a few attempts my neck muscles adjusted. The neck stretcher is easy to use. The device has three settings for length of time and three settings for the heat level. The heat helps to relax the muscles and provides pain relief. The neck stretcher comes with a washable magnetic therapy pillow case which improves blood circulation and also has massage nodes. For me, the tension relief was instantaneous and my neck and shoulders felt relaxed after each use.

Requires constant plug in which makes it more difficult to use. I’m disappointed with the product and customer service.

If you ever feel like you have a crick in your neck that you just can’t get rid of, this works perfectly, I lay down on it and it just gets every sore feeling In my neck out, not to mention I love having all of my neck popped, it feels like a mini chiropractor I can keep under my bed! Such a good value for the benefit of no neck pain.

I love this thing! It’s incredible how quickly it heats up which is nice so you’re not having to wait for that added relaxation. The heat definitely helps loosen up my neck muscles and aids in the aligning of my neck. Just 10mins a day and I’ve noticed major improvement in my neck pain. I look down a lot during the day so this is my favorite thing to use the moment i get home!

I work at a desk job and suffer from forward neck posture. This creates a lot of stiffness and pain in my upper back and lower neck. This product combines heat and cervical neck correction to assist with this kind of issue. The shape is perfect for correcting forward neck posture and the heat helps relax your muscles into the position. Ill likely be using this for the recommended 10 min on a daily basis because of how nice it feels. Hopefully this relieves my pain in a long term way!
