> 3 dayMy chiropractor said I was losing the curvature in my neck. I got this to help with that problem. Before going to sleep I turn it on and rest my head on it. Since it has the automatic off switch, I am not afraid to turn it on as I am trying to go to sleep. I have found that it is very comforting and it has the extra benefit of helping me fall asleep. I did put a folded washcloth inside between the outside cover and the inner core. It helps with comfort a bit. I am considering getting one of these for my son.

> 3 dayWorking on the computer all day long plus sleeping in a bad position was hitting hard on my neck and shoulders. This is helping the neck stretch. The instructions are good. I dont do it more than recommended and its helping relieve the pain slowly.

> 3 dayI love the Gadole Heated Neck Relaxer. It is small and easy to use. Just plug in and your ready to relax. It has adjustable heat settings and can be used 10 minutes a day, long enough to make neck pain disappear. I love my Heated Neck Relaxer.

> 3 dayI follow a spine doctor on Instagram who showed using an item similar to this, though considerably more expensive and not with heat, as a means to maintain their spine health considering all the time they spend bent over doing surgery, working at their computer, and when they are on their phone. I knew that this was something I should add to my spinal care regimen, so I was pleased to learn of this one, which had the added bonus of heat. I havent had it long, so its still early to know longer-term effects, but so far I am really enjoying this thing! The heat is comforting, and I feel a gentle stretch to my neck when lying on it.

Greater than one weekI was actually surprised by how much heat it can produce. It is firm and not a pillow. So it can be uncomfortable to lay on. That being said, I did not plan on trying to lay on it all the time. I like to go for 10-15 minutes and that works for me. Just a good way to get heat and pressure on the back of your neck. I find it best to use in a recliner and not laying flat on it (like in a bed).

Greater than one weekI’ve been searching for something that can help release the tension and neck pain from working endless hours on a laptop. I actually got relief from the first use of this product. It will be a process to fix the aches and tension in my neck, but I’m FINALLY going in the right direction. Best of all, the product comes with a carrying bag, which makes it easy to travel with. Love this neck relaxer.
