Disclaimer: your neck and back will initially ache after lying on this for an extended amount of time. I attribute this to the inflammatory agents released while doing this exercise. The heating element was very nice and helped relax the neck muscles while stretching the vertebrae though I would recommend following the usage instructions because too long on this device can cause issues. Definitely a game changer for someone with upper back and neck pain!

Ive had other neck stretchers but this one is the only one I have with heat. The heat option really relaxes your neck muscles. One 15-minute session a day and my neck is definitely feeling more flexible. Highly recommend this product if your neck is bothering you.

I have had neck pain since high school. From hunching over at my desk to always looking down at my books, phone, computer, etc. I was diagnosed at the chiropractor with mild kyphosis of my cervical spine. How to treat it? Lay on a rolled up towel 10 minutes a day. I did this exercise on and off for years, changed my pillows with ones w extra support, and tried to be more mindful of my posture in my neck. I truly think the firmness and positioning this gives your neck is what is the main game changer. A rolled up towel doesn’t have the support nor the correct positioning but this does! Along with my pillow I use every night (from the company Groye), this neck relaxer has become a staple for my neck relief. I use it in the morning for 10 minutes during my meditation and I’ve found relief right away. So if you have neck pain, try this!!

I work at a desk job and suffer from forward neck posture. This creates a lot of stiffness and pain in my upper back and lower neck. This product combines heat and cervical neck correction to assist with this kind of issue. The shape is perfect for correcting forward neck posture and the heat helps relax your muscles into the position. Ill likely be using this for the recommended 10 min on a daily basis because of how nice it feels. Hopefully this relieves my pain in a long term way!

I absolutely love using this neck relaxer. I purchased the prior version that did not have heat and enjoyed it very much. I use the neck relaxer to help release the tension and tight muscles in my neck. I worked my way up to 15 to 20 minutes per night and it has helped immensely. When I saw they had a heated option, I had to give it a try. The heat adds another level of relaxation that is pure bliss. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this product again. it’s also small enough that I can pop it in my bag when I am away from home.

I follow a spine doctor on Instagram who showed using an item similar to this, though considerably more expensive and not with heat, as a means to maintain their spine health considering all the time they spend bent over doing surgery, working at their computer, and when they are on their phone. I knew that this was something I should add to my spinal care regimen, so I was pleased to learn of this one, which had the added bonus of heat. I havent had it long, so its still early to know longer-term effects, but so far I am really enjoying this thing! The heat is comforting, and I feel a gentle stretch to my neck when lying on it.

My husband bought this for me for mothers day. I have chronic neck pain most all the time. This helps stretch my neck out as the heat loosens the muscles. I like that the heat is adjustable being the high is usually too hot for me. Would highly recommend.
