> 3 dayThis is great for people who have general neck pain and the heat is a nice touch. I have Occipital Neuralgia and unfortunately relaxing in this position for too long can inflame my nerve. If you have a sore neck or any other neck issues I would definitely check this out.

> 3 dayTried both ways and it was painful. It needs more padding. It might not be so bad when sitting I haven’t tried that yet. But laying on it puts too much pressure on your weight because it’s so hard. Pretty sure I’m going to send this back.
