I really like this neck stretcher. I sit all day at computer and my neck is really hurt , I used this stretcher for one week and I feel my neck so relaxed after a long work day.

I have the previous non-heated version, and this upgrade is great. The timers and temperature controls are nice features. Remember you need a USB power supply to operate, and the power draw is low, so anyone should work. The only minor bug is that the control should be closer to the relaxer end.

I don’t know why there are good reviews about this product. It was okay few first days then my neck was getting more painful and the pain was getting worse by using it so I stopped using and the pain is back to the previous condition. The neck support is too high and didnot support well so I returned.

i love this product! it takes a little to get used to and definitely don’t use it for long periods of time but overall my neck and even my shoulder feels so much better!
