My chiropractor said I was losing the curvature in my neck. I got this to help with that problem. Before going to sleep I turn it on and rest my head on it. Since it has the automatic off switch, I am not afraid to turn it on as I am trying to go to sleep. I have found that it is very comforting and it has the extra benefit of helping me fall asleep. I did put a folded washcloth inside between the outside cover and the inner core. It helps with comfort a bit. I am considering getting one of these for my son.

I liked that it came with a travel/storage bag and that I can practically use this thing anywhere. I like to lay on the floor and use it for 8 to 10 mins after that my neck and shoulders feel so relaxed. I am happy more than happy with my purchase.

I like the design of the relaxer and the heat adjustments. Make sure you read the instructions as to the amount of time for usage. I just use mine at 10 minute increments as advised. I do have neck pain so this has been beneficial to relax those muscles without spending exorbitant money on massages.
