> 3 dayI have been looking for this kind of felt padding for a very long time. We used this type of felt when I played college basketball to protect bruises and blisters. Now I need it for when Im hiking in Arizona to keep my stiff backpacking boots from causing blisters on the back of my heel. I like the fact that this felt holds very well and will not come off easily from sweat and constant movement Of my foot in hiking boots.

> 3 dayMy Mom uses round pads for her foot, getting them from the doctors was getting expensive. I now cut them my self from this roll. Yes, it a little extra work cutting them myself but this roll of material will last for years. It is also thicker than what you can get in the stores for from the Doctor.

Greater than one weekJust what I needed. My podiatrist showed me how to use this material to modify my shoe inserts to take pressure off of a sensitive nerve. This works great and is very similar to the felt the doctor had. The roll is not as huge as I was afraid it would be. Its only about 6 tall by about 6 wide. It will last me for years.

> 3 dayThis has worked well to build up the arches in my shoes and I also stick it to the bottom of my feet on days Im not wearing my modified shoes. My arches had went from super high to completely flat within just a couple of months. I spend a lot of time out of my good shoes in the house or out gardening which left my feet unsupported much of the time. Being able to apply the pads directly to my feet has allowed me to wear my crappy garden shoes without giving up the support my feet need. I combine this 1/4 product with 1/8 foam to make a pad that varies in depth where I need more or less than 1/4 of support. Adhesive is strong and stays put in shoes for an extended period (havent had to replace any yet). It lasts all day attached to my foot unless my feet get soaked too many times in the garden. Adhesive does leave residue on skin that easily washes off with a little baby oil or alcohol (or whatever I have handy). The minute it takes to clean off is well worth the reduction in pain I get all day. The pads still seem sticky enough for another days use, but Ive never had them stay in place well to get another day of use out of them.

> 3 dayThis 1/4 thick felt is very durable. I am near 300lbs and wear as directed by my podiatrist. Lasts weeks used in work boots. The paper backing is tricky to remove at first. You are expecting a very thin layer of paper to peel off with a thin layer left on the felt. Actually, all the paper peels off and leaves a layer of adhesive only on the felt. Warning here. The adhesive is VERY strong. You may have a problem removing this felt from the insoles of shoes or wherever you must use it. To make it easy to remove, place tape on the area you want to put this felt. Put the felt over the tape. Now when you need to remove the felt, the tape under it pulls free of the surface easier than the felt would.
