AC Infinity AIRCOM T8, Quiet Cooling Blower Fan System 17 Rear-Exhaust for Receivers, Amps, DVR, AV Cabinet Components

My Denon receiver failed recently and its quite possible it happened because my hifi cabinet has inadequate side ventilation. I replaced the receiver and noticed that it was running hot. I had to either replace the hifi cabinet or ventilate it so I went looking for computer fans to install at the back of the cabinet. I discovered, instead, the AC Infinity Aircom T8 to be a perfect solution. The unit sits atop the Denon receiver and keeps it at a constant 85 degrees, fahrenheit and does so quite silently with two 120mm fans in auto mode. I chose the T8 because it vents to the rear of the cabinet which is open rather than the top which is not. its the same finish and width as the receiver so it looks like it belongs there. I dimmed its digital readout but I appreciate the T8 keeping me informed about the receivers temperature.

Very silent with three fans, and match property on top of Marantz SR-7011 receiver. Smart motion control system.

This is a must own if you have a high end receiver. Love the fact that it turns on automatically when the receiver starts getting hot. My one and only complaint is not having a dimmed display. You can only have it on bright, or completely off, however, not enough of an issue to drop the rating of 5 stars!

My AV cabinet is built in and has no fans built in the top. This was a great alternative. Looks good and heavy duty. Not super quiet on high, but unnoticeable with something playing. Picked this model due to the programmable thermostat. Love the bottom fan design, but for my use I wish the fan blew out the front.

Amazing product but it is loud at low volume when watching movies or listen to music. This product is more for those that like to listen music at high volumes or if you want to Host a party with your home stereo.

Low cost for assurance that your multi-thousand dollar receiver will last as long as its electronics running below its designed temperatures allow.

Love it High quality well made , keeps my av receiver cool all time

I have a Yamaha receiver in a closed cabinet and keeps it nice and cool. I have the rear venting unit. At first I thought the noice level was loud but after lowering the speed on the fan and keeping it on Auto i dent hear it and the temp stays within a few degrees of 85.
