I would have rated it higher if it hadnt died after only 6 months. I reallly liked the speed of the processor. I had planned to use it as a replacement for my older desktop model, so Im glad I procrastinated and didnt transfer all of my files over to it. It was a bit heavier than expected, and the offset keyboard (due to having the number pad on the right) was a bit awkward for typing. It ran a little hot and having the vents only on the bottom seemed to contribute to that. It only had a 30-day return window, so Im out $500.

Works awesome, not enough drive space to install much but it is awesome.

Like everything about it exactly what I wanted but might upgrade RAM and harddrive not much more I can say about it just suits me

Trackpad terrible. I do not get it. Otherwise works well for what it is. Low-end machine but screen is good, ports are good, its nice and sleek enough for the price. But damn Windows machines have had terrible trackpads for years and STILL they suck. Just do what Apple does with their MacBooks it cant be that hard!

This is the second Acer I owned and while I was happy with my old one, this is much faster. That’s what I wanted: speed, light weight and bargain priced. I use it for Quicken software- so be aware this laptop comes loaded with Windows 11 which will NOT run Quicken without first disabling the S mode. That’s what I did and it runs fine but had to add anti-virus software. Not a big deal. Just fyi Quicken users!

Problems booting up constant error code.

What I like about this Laptop is it does the things that my sister and her family needs it to do. Its fast, has an alright processor, SSD and it is a cheap laptop for the money. You can get out of Windows S mode if you want to, its not hard.

I use it for my DJ software and music exclusively. Its very fast, the screen is amazing, its very light. The only issue is the fan noise. Its loud and it seems to be on as soon as I turn it on. It doesnt bother me though because I use it for DJing.

I was expecting a smaller device but this acer exceeded my expectations. I need to purchase a mouse to go with it.
