Great quality for the price. Pleasantly surprised.

It can connect to my acer desktop so what I had in my desktop I also have the same thing in my laptop. That’s pretty cool. The screen size and weight are good. It is clean silver color. It has lots of different plug holes.

Awesome computer for the price. BUT

This laptop gets the 2* because I just spent the past hour trying to look for a solution or bypass that should have come included in the 1st place. No ability to have the backlit keyboard stay on, this is such a simple choice to give a customer who paid for a product they are using. I know it uses more battery, but I should simply be my choice to have the keyboard stay on all the time if I want in the dark, instead of fumbling everytime I pause for 30 seconds and now either have to press a random key to wake it up then erase it or struggle to find the key I need. Incredibly disappointing that I was not even able to find any solution whatsoever. Its is ruining what started out as a good experience for me, Im even considering returning it as from my research it seems all other brands have at least a way to get it done via an extra app of their own. I would not mind going out of my way to download an app from Acer and having this feature, but Acer is pushing hard to prevent an owner from feeling like one. Worse part is, plenty people have been complaining for years yet they still have not done anything whatsover.

This is by far the worst Item I have ordered online. Im super disappointed. I ordered this laptop for online course while starts in 2 days, I live out of the US. And this laptop just doesnt work, it wont even come on. Which is ridiculous. I dont understand how an electronic product was packaged and shipped and was not even turned on. Im not going to have to find a way to get this product back to the US and shipped to Amazon. This is by far my worst experience on Amazon and 1st ever writing such a review. Im really upset and frustrated.

This only has 4 GB RAM soldered to board. I added 16 GB to get better service.

Loved the number of ports (should have had an SD card port) and the backlit KB.

En general todo lo de esta computadora es muy bueno, y mas para el precio, la uso para dibujar y hasta el momento todo excelente
