I lovit it. It is exactly what I was looking for at a decent price point. Very happy.

Been using this laptop for 7 months now and it works great, my only issue is that the letter r on the keyboard is giving some issues, I have to press it harder than the other keys to get it to work.

The backlit keyboard with white marks on black keys (contract) is awesome. I can see clearly now!!!

Im not terribly techy, but I do use this laptop all day everyday for work and play. Its fast, and was easy to set up. The sound quality is much better than my old Acer Aspire 5 (I liked it enough to get a new one). The old one had very low sound unless one used headphones/earbuds, but this one is much louder and the quality is better. I am a Realtor and always have at least 5 tabs open in Chrome (right now I have 9). Screen quality could be clearer but Ill take it. I dont game so I have no opinion on that. Its a bit on the heavy side but thats also okay with me. No touch screen (thats also okay with me as I am a keyboard person). If you want a good little workhorse this is a great buy.

Creo que es la mejor Laptop para ese precio. Ademas tiene muchas posibilidades de incrementar el almacenamiento y la memoria. Se lo recomendé a algunos amigos.

We purchased 2 of these. One totally quit working. You cant even open in safe mode. Its useless to us. And now its too late to send back. So were paying for nothing....literally.

My use of the Acer is personal only. Im not a gamer or writter. At my age I do like the backlite keyboard, good for these old eyes. i do not like OneDrive, I want my folders on my laptop, not some where that requires the power to be one or the wifi to work. Moat everything else is Okay.

Great laptop! Only downside is theres no indicator from we capslock is on, which can be a pain when its accidentally toggled when typing in passwords, etc. Other than that, love it!

Unlucky in receiving a defective product. Countless BSODs.
