With all the great reviews, I thought Id be getting a great little laptop. Constant problems from the word go. Couldnt connect to Wi-Fi, except when it suddenly could. Then error messages every single time I tried to turn it on. Sometimes I could bypass whatever the problem was, and get to Windows. Eventually it just was all error messages and restarts. On the line with ACER, and we were able to reinstall the system, but that seemed to make it worse than ever. Its going back to the manufacturer. Defective machine. Never had this much trouble with a new computer before.

The screen is very good. Keyboard is comfortable. Easy to update a SSD and RAM. Add a16GB RAM, you got 20GB totally. Win is 11 also very good to use. Almost spotless if it is not used for gaming.

You will not go wrong w this device. Add an 8gig ddr4 sodimm 2400mhz yourself to it and youre good to go. Back lid opens easily. And do remove Windows S. It doesnt fly and isnt for gaming but will do everything else quite well.

Amazing laptop. Dont usually leave product reviews, but for the price, this laptop is everything I wanted it to be.

Not sure about battery life, as I just purchased. Screen resolution seems good. Like that it is thin and lightweight. I am only using for web browsing, so not sure how it would be for gaming.

I think for 350-400 this laptop is probably one of the best you could find, especially considering its size. Im not sure how people are having trouble switching out of S mode, but I did it in literal seconds (for free, no clue how people are getting messages they have to pay) after I was able to access the desktop so thats a complete non-issue. It also looks a bit more expensive than it is which is cool I guess.

Es increible que el producto haya llegado usado ya que compre una nueva. Nosotros somos de Argentina y aprovechamos el viaje para comprar una notebook y ahora debo devolverla y volver a mi pais sin computadora porque no tengo tiempo!!!!!

will only play low power games othere then that it is a good laptop

Quería esperar un tiempo prudente probando el equipo antes de dar una opinión. La verdad es que la laptop es muy buena. En cuanto al envío, estaba muy nerviosa de que se pudiera dañar algo durante el envío y cuando me llegó, la caja que cubría la caja de la laptop estaba muy golpeada y me asusté, pero cuando la abrí, la caja de la laptop estaba intacta y luego de casi dos meses usando la laptop sinceramente me parece una buena maquina. Para trabajos es perfecta, puedo diseñar usando los programas de Adobe sin ningún problema y es muy rápida. También la probé con videojuegos y la verdad es que ciertos juegos se puede jugar, pero claro titulos muy exigentes es posible que de problemas. lo estuve probando con el juego de Resident Evil 3 Remake y la verdad es que lo pude jugar de principio a fin, pero si que tuve que hacerle modificaciones porque los FPS no eran muy estables. El problema más bien esta en la VRAM, la memoria dedicada es muy poca y no deja que esos juegos corran mejor, aunque si que es verdad que la laptop te deja hacer una amplicación tanto en la memoria RAM como en el disco duro. Aun así el equipo es muy bueno y hasta ahora ha trabajado muy bien.
