Perfect for what I need

I returned the unit the day I received it. After spending time adjusting Win 11 to something that resembled a screen layout I was used to in Win 7, 8, and 10, I found Win 11 would not install any of the third party programs I use, due to a Win 11 security feature. I quickly grew frustrated trying to disable said feature, and packed it up for return.

Good quality for the price. Easily more than 8h of battery life doing everyday use on it. I am not disappointed.

Shortly after I purchased this computer it wouldn’t power on and I noticed that the computer was extremely hot, although I had not been using it. I opened the back and removed and reinstalled the battery, at which point it started working. Today, less than 3 months after buying it, it won’t power up. I wouldn’t buy this piece of junk if I were you. Now I know why it was a special deal on the “treasure truck,” or as I call it, the garbage truck.

If you dont need to see in color this is the laptop for you! Worst color quality Ive encountered.

Disappointed. TouchPad stopped working. So what am I supposed to do? Send it back. Im told the return window is closed. Its a worthless piece of junk. Never again will I buy a computer online. Never again will I buy an acer

Hasta ahora la computadora ha funcionado bien, esperábamos que pudiera ser ligeramente lenta pero no fue así! Seguro más adelante necesitará poco más de memoria para evitar esos problemas. Es bonita, ligera, el idioma no ha sido un problema solo es cuestión de acostumbrarse y listo! Si la recomiendo (por el momento).

La laptop parece usada ya que vino rayada

Lets call this laptop what it is.....basic and on the lower end. If youre into gaming or HD video editing or any other areas that require powerful hardware, this isnt the machine for you. I ordered it to take with me when I travel, just to do email and web surf on. It works well for that purpose.
