This laptop worked great until it overheated and burned, melting the bottom of the laptop. This could have been a serious tragedy if I had been asleep or if Id left the laptop unattended. Luckily I was home and smelled the burning plastic before anything else caught fire.

Great product/great price! Unless youre a heavy gamer, this is all you really need for your daily computer needs.

So far this thing is awesome. It’s an i3 and it’s pretty quick! I don’t do a lot of saving/downloading to the hard drive so I didn’t require a larger amount of space. I did however load the Microsoft Suite and Antivirus software and I still have plenty of space. I don’t think I’ve ever had a laptop as quick as this one. Plus it comes with Windows 11 and it seems very user friendly. I am coming off of trying to navigate a Chromebook before just giving it away because I needed a PC. I think that if you plan to download a lot of documents, photos, or music and can use an external hard drive this will be perfect for you. I’ve only had it for a couple weeks so I’ll come back and update if I have any issues, but so far super smooth sailing.

This computer has given me nothing but problems since I’ve purchased it. Randomly shutting down, mouse not wanting to connect, freezing up…. Waste of money for my 10 year old. Can’t even return it now. I do not suggest buying this computer.

Not sure if this is standard now days ,but no cd drive, no DVD drive, so if your USB or other software issues come to play you will have to get an external cd dick (Update to disk reader not dic ,hoping your USB still works or seek a professional to repair which is costly

Really disappointed with this purchase. I researched and had read good things about this computer but, as others have mentioned, the fan noise is obnoxious and nearly constant, the audio is subpar (can hardly hear on zoom meetings, my camera image is constantly readjusting light to dark (which has got to be really annoying for anybody to watch), it’s very slow with Lightroom, and now the screen is just black when I go to sign in about 20 percent of the time.
