AL inicio todo bien, con el uso normal, ni siquiera forzado, se bloquea apagando el monitor y sin apagarse calentandose, hasta forzarse con el boton a apagarse, tarda en prender nuevamente por el calentamiento previo. Lmantablemente ya no entro en garantia y ahora tengo que buscar otra solucion.

I may be showing my age a bit but my first PC was an IBM XT clone with a 40 megabyte hard drive and a full height 5 1/4 floppy drive that weighed several pounds. Most computers ran DOS at the time but I was a trendsetter when I loaded Windows 3.0 on my computer. lol Fast forward more years than I care to admit, I picked up the Acer Aspire 5 (i5) model.

The laptop works great for my needs.

I like Acer products. I have had good luck with Acer laptops, and they provide great value and are reasonably priced. In fact, I am buying another version of the Aspire 5 A515 to replace the one I just returned (57-53T2).

Do not buy! Mousepad stopped working within six months (Warranty time). Acer refused to replace. Do not buy.

Had previously purchased an Acer and thought it was a good buy for the money and what my needs were. This one however has been a constant source of frustration with a disappearing mouse. Researched and tried all recommendations with the only real somewhat quick fix is a reset. Will not be buying an Acer again in the future. What I saved in money has not been worth the frustration.

This Acer A515-56-36UT is just what I was looking for, I am not a young person so I cant answer gaming questions, I dont know how they would run, For what I do, check email watch some youtube, play videos-stream, and some BigFish games I am very pleased with this lap top, Yes I would tell a friend. ~D~
