Had it for 2 years and still works. Average battery life, Average screen, average everything really. For the price it was decent value, but the Ryzen 5000 series, an upgrade to this ryzen 4000 series laptop, is much better and as of this review, much cheaper actually. Maybe if this 4500u laptop is $350 usd and under, sure, no prob. But otherwise, go for the newer version.

I like the performance and screen quality very much.

The speakers were on the bottom of the laptop. I had to send it back. Other than that I absolutely fell in love with this computer

CHARGING PORT DIDNT FOR CRAP, OLD STYLE AND WIGGLED SO THE CHARGING KEPT GOING ON AND OFF, ALSO DURING SET UP UNNECESSARY AD APPS WANTED TOO MUCH PERSONAL AND UNNECESSARY INFORMATION OR THE COMPUTER WOULDNT ALLOW FURTHER ABILITY TO CONTINUE INITIAL SET UP. INTERCHANGING THRU TO GOOGLE WASNT A SMOOTH TRANSITION EITHER, LIKE MY WINDOWS PROGRAMS HAVE ALWAYS HAVE BEEN. WHEN CALLING COSTUMER SERVICEABOUT HOW TO DO A FACTORY RESET BEFORE SHIPPING BACK, DUE CHARGING PORT BAD, CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RUDE. I NO LONGER WANTED THAT BRAND OF COMPUTER. This laptop keeps shutting down and powering off randomly every few days. It happens at least two times per week. I cant use this comfortably for school or work because I never know when its going to power off. That is my only grip that I have. Its a great PC otherwise. I would not recommend this model laptop to anyone.

The computer is fast and good, it has a lot of ports. The battery is enough but I wouldnt buy it if you need long battery life. What you get for the price is great. I use it for simple school work and it works great.

If youre gonna try to use this thing for college dont. The battery life is very underwhelming and only lasts 5 hours(As Specified). However I just dont see it being enough for an all day type of thing. If you are gonna buy something and need to use it all day ide suggest saving a lil more. Also the trackpad sometimes moves the pointer as I click which is annoying and palm rejection is pretty much not there.

I hated the graphic on gaming. And it lags constantly. The graphic of this laptop literally makes me want to throw up. Unplayable on games even when you turn all the setting to low.

Purchased this for my middle school child. Not really into gaming or anything like that. So the processor and graphics card are specd right for this. Order came very quickly, especially prior to the holidays.
