For the price. The computor looks great! Only problem is, the computor is slower than other computors. The fps for some things is horrible.

Chose this laptop for durability and appearance in a work setting and am not disappointed. The aluminum case feels and holds up so much better than many of the other Chromebooks that come in cheap, easy to crack plastic. The screen throws next to no glare and the camera and microphone in it are high quality and work just fine for video conferencing for work. Overall, I’m very pleased with it, much more so than with a very expensive touchscreen laptop that was touted for its performance. The price was great for what I got.

Its pretty good! I love the color that i choose and its truly HD! I almost like the whole package except the font its too tiny for my eyes that i still need to use my reading glasses! If theirs only way to adjust the font size it would be great!

Less than a year old and it stopped working

The aluminum build feels very premium. The keyboard is very nice, the track pad is very large and responsive.

The computer constantly kicks me offline, is slow, times out & the charger port seems to be stretched out. Ive had many Acer Chromebooks without issue. So, I tried a new cord - nope. Its defective. So, I ask the Seller to exchange it. I got this on August 16th. Its now, Oct. 18th & The Seller says Sorry. You had 30 days to return. Grrrrrr...... I didnt WANT a return. I wanted a computer that works! So, I call Acer. The guy agrees - sounds defective. So, I get instructions to return it... Meanwhile, wth am I supposed to use for my work? & sounds like, theyre planning to repair this piece of crap & make me wait for that, instead of just sending me one thats NOT DEFECTIVE! Grrr...

Is not good to print only specific machine

It didnt have any touch screen ability......as it was supposed to.

Trying to use even an extremely simple Google Sheets document is laborious. The speed is glacial. Given the price I suppose I should have known what I was getting into, but Chromebook functionality is already extremely limited and to be all but unable to use one of Googles basic functions is unacceptable.
