    Greater than one week

We had screen issues only months in (the screen would glitch and flash). But my daughter needed it for virtual school so she continued using it. Today, a year and a half after I purchased it, the screen went completely dark with massive lines and she cant use it at all. Amazon will do nothing and its out of warranty with ACER. Very disappointed in this product and do not recommend anyone buy this one.

Says touch screen, but mine doesnt. Still figuring out all the workings. I own a Toshiba touchscreen, and it works awesome from setup, but after setting this up. I have tried touchscreen and it does nothing. Otherwise its a nice laptop for doing certain programs. All of the programs are apps and must be downloaded and set up. Reminds me of a tablet but with a keyboard, but not touch screen.

Junk. The Chromebook worked for about two months, then the screen went black and never turned on again. Couldnt trouble shoot it with the internet and couldnt find a way to contact Acer. Took it to Best Buy, where I bought the same one for my other son, and the Geek Squad said they didnt service this model. The other one works fine, thank goodness. But this one was a piece of trash. Not going with Acer again.

This is a pretty nice entry level Chromebook. No touch screen, but its really not needed.

After 8 months of normal use, its dead suddenly without any signs of issue, and doesnt turn on any more.

If anyone knows how to get the keyboard working in Linux, please reply or post link. This Chromebook is sharp, and I was able to connect it to both an external monitor and a tv at 1080p. Its snappy too. I highly recommend it (unless you are loading Linux). Linux Mint 18 Sarah.
