Love this computer. It is fast, I can open many windows at once. I love creating documents in the Google Docs plus I had sent a document to my daughter strait from Google Docs to her email and as she is reviewing it for corrections we realized she could make the changes directly from the e-mail and I was watching on my Google Docs as she was making changes. It really was amazing. I was able to print by plugging in UBS port of computer to a HP printer that I have had for about 3 years. There is a bit of a learning curve if you have used Microsoft for all your life but you just have to Google the question and very easy to find the answer.

This came for a Christmas present and the screen immediately was flickering and freezing. We called tech support and they completely blew it. They didnt even know what they were taking about. Then they said they would send a return ticket but so far they havent. Very very dissatisfied

This is an incredible device and I am kicking myself for not getting a Chromebook before 2016. Leverage the power of the Web as a platform. Commit to using cloud storage like Google Drive and productivity tools like Google Docs and Sheets. Find the right Web based tools and move into a simple, light-weight OS.

Good laptop. You get what you pay for.

Loved the Acer Chromebook for the 10 months that it lasted. Acer will not make any options for a new product, claiming that they have no warranty. Lie!
