Acer Chromebook 14, Aluminum, 14-inch Full HD, Intel Celeron N3160, 4GB LPDDR3, 32GB, Chrome, Gold, CB3-431-C0AK

The computer constantly kicks me offline, is slow, times out & the charger port seems to be stretched out. Ive had many Acer Chromebooks without issue. So, I tried a new cord - nope. Its defective. So, I ask the Seller to exchange it. I got this on August 16th. Its now, Oct. 18th & The Seller says Sorry. You had 30 days to return. Grrrrrr...... I didnt WANT a return. I wanted a computer that works! So, I call Acer. The guy agrees - sounds defective. So, I get instructions to return it... Meanwhile, wth am I supposed to use for my work? & sounds like, theyre planning to repair this piece of crap & make me wait for that, instead of just sending me one thats NOT DEFECTIVE! Grrr...

they style it to look like a MAC... believe me - its NO MAC... it is horrible... complicated and clunky to use... not intuitive at all... i had it for a day - and then shipped it back... then bought a MacBook air... for 6 times the price... and that is well worth the extra money... do not waste your time with this awful machine.

This is a pretty nice entry level Chromebook. No touch screen, but its really not needed.

Love it! Worried about the colour at first, but its perfect. The keys are not too noisy or sticky. The resolution is amazing for a Chromebook. I dont feel like Im missing out about not having a real laptop. Also, the battery lasts forever and if ti does die, or is turned off, it starts back up within seconds! The only issue is that the speakers are on the bottom of the computer and the sound is muffled, but once you get used to it, its fine.

Good laptop. You get what you pay for.

I love this lap top. Ive enjoyed having it for the last several months. I have no complaints. Its a simple sleek design and light weight. I dont use crazy programs or run a lot of software in general but the speed and accuracy of the laptop is perfect for my business as a stylist.

Awesome computer. Speakers dont work too well and if you want to use this in the dark I would get a different chromebook. Also it is very easy to chip the outside of the computer. Overall its very light weight and fast and good for school.
