I have a few favorite things about this laptop: 1. It is lightweight and easy to travel with. 2. It starts up and shuts down very quickly.

We have had this laptop less than one month and it currently will not charge or turn on. In process to see how difficult it will be to have it replaced.

You cannot disable password for it. If you have a strong password for your Google account to prevent security breach, then remember that you will need to use that same strong, long, complex password on your Chromebook as well. EVERY SINGLE TIME. You cannot disable it, you cannot use password managers, you cannot make it shorter, or any way make it easier.

Very good. Value for the money.

Great little laptop. Does what I need it to do. Can watch my Netflix and hulu on it. Can connect my bluetooth headphones and the screen is the perfect size. Light and easy to carry. Havent scratched or chipped it yet, and it has been through a lot. Its really fast and can do anything I want it to. Its perfect for school.

Great quality for the price. We purchased this computer for my son as he is taking online classes. Its worked well for him so far

Gave to my husband as a gift. He is very happy with it. Turns on fast, picture quality is great.

I continuously have trouble connecting to the internet and signing in on it. My wifi is great and it will say “out of range”... even though Im actively streaming on other devices with absolutely zero issues, and the capacity to stream with more if i wanted. When it finally connects its great, but when it cuts out it is beyond frustrating.
