After having this system for a while, I will go ahead and say an extra 8gb stick with of RAM is required to get full utilization from this system. I also bought an extra m.2 ssd. Gaming- with this system and the upgrades purchased for it, I am able to play games mostly in QHD and get 50-60 fps. I am also able to even play in native 4k (high or medium graphics preset) and get above 30 to 40 fps. Solid gaming experience. Production- as a side hobby I am a music producer, and use FL Studio 20 as my main work environment. Compared to my previous system I am able to have a fast, steady, and smooth workflow with the increased processing power of the 11th Gen Intel CPU in the system. Lastly I upgraded to Win 11, and I can confidently say this system is pretty much capable of anything you throw at it. Can’t forget the upgrade path also, for future upgrades to the CPU, GPU, more RAM etc. Overall- I am happy with the purchase, but I recommend upgrading the RAM and getting more storage.

I did my research and there were a lot of mixed reviews. Good and bad. I decided to go with this PC because it fit my needs at a reasonable price. After 1 month (a few days past the return date and maybe 24 hours total use) the computer stopped working. It became a brick and nothing would work. I worked with Acer to trouble shoot the product because it was under warranty. I had both good and bad experiences with their CS. Eventually, they told me to ship it to them for repair.

Most monitors are HDMI and/or Display port ready. DVI is old tech and doesnt carry an audio channel. But this quickly became the least of my problems with this computer and ACER. When I called customer service to see if there was a workaround for using 2 monitors with this old tech connection, they forced me through a series of telemarketing adds requiring a response. After 15 minutes of this runaround, I was furious. The Payoff was they hung up on me after I said NO! Over and over to medic alert brackets and many other items I clearly had no interest in. After that, I dont care if there is a simple solution. They can take this computer and shove....

This computer has been fantastic for my daughter. She wanted to dip her toes into pc gaming, but is young enough that she isn’t going to play anything too graphics intensive. So far it has not disappointed. For a young gamer getting their first gaming pc, this is a perfect balance between cost and hardware. If on the other hand you are getting a gaming pc for an older child or adult that plays more intense games, this isn’t the best option. It’s a solid value on an entry level gaming pc.

OKAY first off. I never leave reviews. Ever. But I wanna let y’all know what you’re really getting. So before assuming I’m a Karen understand I hate even giving my opinions, but don’t want others to waste money as I have.

Ordered first one, needed computer badly, arrived with no hard drive. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Waited for another after returning. Second one arrived same way . No hard drive . Would never buy an Acer computer again. I wibe buying an ASUS or Lenovo . What a waste of time . Big disappointment. I can only imagine the problems I was in for

I have had this for a couple months now and it is wonderful. I have been able to play all the games at want at good graphics and not have to suffer. I am used to suing on low graphics so playing on medium to high is not problem. Very simple with free windows 11 upgrade. Just what I needed for my first my PC.
