This has been the perfect solution for my 15 year old as a gaming laptop. The screen is crisp and it is a great entry level gaming machine. It plays everything on Steam, which is where he plays most of his games. Ive had it for over a year now and wanted to wait on the review. It is still running strong. Im very happy with it.

Overall, Im super pleased with this laptop, and I am also really glad I went with the model that has the 16GB DDR4 RAM and the 512GB SSD storage space. The screen has great resolution, basically anything Ive done on it is super fast, and for the price point, youre getting a lot of laptop.

Bought this for my husband and son for gaming and they absolutely love it! Quality for the price is excellent! We looked at tons of gaming laptops and took the time to make sure we would be happy with our purchase and we definitely are!

I bought this to replace a 7 year old Linux gaming computer (dual-boot, multi-drive) with a corroded power supply, expecting to install a couple extra hard drives, while still playing a few games on the original Windows drive it shipped with. After a little research, it looked like I wouldnt have a lot of trouble installing drivers for the hardware that comes with this model, and the price was reasonably low compared with System76, so I went ahead and ordered it.

I am truly impressed with this gaming laptop... it seems to be well built, but a bit heavy, although that was expected.

Love! My games look great on here and I love how silent the keyboard is. I only just got it in today so I will be doing an update after a few weeks! So far definitely would recommend!!

Fans are not as quiet as I thought, but overall a great laptop.

I bought this to replace my Dell XPS and I love it. Its so fast and I dont have any 100% disk usage problems that plagued me for years despite tons of troubleshooting. Im a moderate PC gamer but I also use Adobe CC a lot and this computer handles everything. Ill have multiple Adobe apps open and this thing runs with no issues. I spent so much time trying to choose between a surface device, a Lenovo legion, or an hp zbook. Im so glad I saved myself the money and went with this laptop, it does everything I need and more!

This laptop is a beast when it comes to photo editing. I can run PS, Luminar AI, and Lightroom at the same time and it doesnt seem to even bother this laptop. I suspect it would be great at gaming too. Starts up fast, stays fast, and is an overall great machine.

Purchased in December of 2020 just stopped working took it to be repaired. Found out the motherboard went and they do not recommend repairing because its an issue with this model. Waste of money
