the really deliver ,play fornite ,call duty no one single problem,

after 12 months the fan keeps making lots of noise. I think the build quality is terrible. The fan is literally hitting the the laptop and is making very load noise. Cleaning the fans and laptop did not fix the issue. The issue is its build quality.

GAMING:

Works really well for playing games and what not. The only problem i have is that the track pad is useless. Extremely useless, so dont plan on using it AT ALL!!!!!!

This laptop is a beast when it comes to photo editing. I can run PS, Luminar AI, and Lightroom at the same time and it doesnt seem to even bother this laptop. I suspect it would be great at gaming too. Starts up fast, stays fast, and is an overall great machine.

I Had a little issue with the killer wifi being installed, so I had to delete all the wifi drivers and reset then connect to and LAN redownload and it has worked great. Also, in order to get the RGB keyboard instead of just the blue when it first turns on need to go into the predator software and go to lighting and Walla.

Bought this for my husband and son for gaming and they absolutely love it! Quality for the price is excellent! We looked at tons of gaming laptops and took the time to make sure we would be happy with our purchase and we definitely are!

Overall, Im super pleased with this laptop, and I am also really glad I went with the model that has the 16GB DDR4 RAM and the 512GB SSD storage space. The screen has great resolution, basically anything Ive done on it is super fast, and for the price point, youre getting a lot of laptop.

Bought this laptop before my last deployment. Worked very smoothly. Battery life is very short however but thats expected for a gaming laptop. I can get about 3 hours of casual browsing and streaming videos 100% battery. I can get about 1 hr of gaming on low settings before having to plug it in. Worth the buy.

I just received my package and wanted to immediately upgrade the hard drive. Much to my utter shock, the most important piece of the laptop was missing, the hard drive. It was just empty there, nada. I have called the customer support for help and they have transferred my claim to another department, so I will have to wait 2-3 business days for that call. It sounds pretty crazy but this is where I am right now. I paid this much money to have such an important piece of hardware missing.
