In my opinion, this computer has major BIOS issues. If I plug in more than one USB device (USB-C + Type A or two Type A), then my externally attached USB mouse stops working and the second device may or may not work depending on the type of device plugged in. It does not matter if I am using a high end Logitech mouse or a cheap wired MS USB mouse, the USB port is just functionally not working. Yes, this could be driver issues but, Intel and NVIDIA drivers are up to date and say they are functioning. So, this leads me to believe it is a BIOS issue.

I love everything abt this product except for the battery life.

I was skeptical at first, but after giving this product a chance my mind was blown away. This laptop does everything I want and need. For such a good price it is a steal. Besides having a low memory drive, the only downside about the laptop is that it takes a lot of power to operate; meaning the laptop heats up at a rapid rate. The dual fans may make up for that, but even so the laptop still uses too much power.

Its a pretty good laptop so far. Ill start with the bad and end with the good.

Not enough time to explain how good this thing is. This is THE M1 Ambassador tank of laptops. Cheapish, godlike power and speed. Dont waste time reading my review or others, just trust me, buy this thing.

Business performance and reliability

great value for money

I had this laptop for about 8 months and it’s doing wonders. I use it for engineering work and also play games. I haven’t bothered with trying to max out video settings in games, but with the specs and turbo setting it’s definitely durable from high to max settings.
