> 3 dayThese work well, but they do seem to be only accurate within +/- 1-2 degrees (using a FLIR IR thermometer as a baseline to compare). Good enough for my purposes though, it lets me know if something is probably comfortable or not, and gives me a sanity check if I feel hot/cold to see what it might be. Im using several of these to monitor temperatures and humidity in a few places around my house in a DIY home automation system. They work great using a RTL-SDR and free RTL_433 software to decode the sensor readings (just have to figure out which ID is which sensor powering them on one by one) and then I use Hassio Home Assistant to log and graph the readings. Its the least-expensive way Ive found to have temperature+humidity monitoring with long battery-life of a lot of sensors in a smart-home solution. The RTL-SDR is also on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/RTL-SDR-Blog-RTL2832U-Software-Defined/dp/B0129EBDS2/

> 3 dayOutside temp on my Indoor / Outdoor Thermometer was wonky. Worked sort of and often looked like the batteries were dying though they were new. So just planned to buy a new I/O Thermometer. Didnt find any I liked as much as the one I have. Then I found this sensor replacement. Outside temp & humidity are back with no issues. Hopefully good for another 5 years or so, and at about 1/4 the cost.

> 3 dayI have an older model AcuRite wireless weather station that communicates with a remote outdoor sensor. The station stopped displaying the O/S temp and humidity. Decided to test whether the sensor or the station was at fault by trying a replacement sensor. The original sensor was the culprit; it stopped working after 10 years but the station is in excellent condition. . To successfully transmit data the sensor and the station must have the same A or B or C band setting. With the new sensor, band C works flawlessly with the station. We are in SoCal so Im confirming that the station does display triple digit temperatures. Please send cold air...

> 3 dayThis is an exact replacement for a 17 year old transmitter for an indoor-outdoor thermometer (and other stuff on the inside part...). As such, it worked immediately, albeit not a simple plug-and-play (put in batteries and rehang). On the other hand, it was extremely simple to do the reset of removing the battery from the receiver, and then reset the date, month and time, along with the time zone. It instantly talked to the receiver, and I was finished. It was less expensive at Amazon, and was shipped free under Prime, arriving quickly, so Im very well pleased overall.

> 3 dayI bought several of these. They all seem to work fine. Im using a cheap SDR to read them with an RTL433 docker, and feed them to Home Assistant via MQTT. There are times where its not super consistently reading some of them, but there is probably a lot of metal blocking/interfering in some of the locations they were placed. Even the ones in the far backyard, on the other side of a 1/2 acre read successfully every so often. Overrall, Im happy with them.
