> 24 hourThese headphones offer superior sound and also, by conducting sound through the back of the head, allows for one to listen to music or the radio without being oblivious to the world. For those with damage to the ear drum, an added plus as one can hear the full range of sounds. Highly recommended.

> 24 hourThe headband is very fragile. It broke after 9 months. I have reached out to customer service multiple times. They are not responding. I am disappointed with their customer support. I wouldnt recommend the product at all.

> 24 hourThe product worked well enough until it failed, was being used as intended on hiking trail, no rain but sweaty. the power/volume up button seemed to get stuck, kept turning off and on, giving battery level at random without pressing it. I peeled back the rubber seal to find the internal components very moist. I peeled off outer rubber button to find the internal button was no longer able to click like the volume down button, the unit now no longer turns on. I am thinking mechanical button failure from moisture intrusion. Had them for 11 months, lasted about 4 months of use. They are advertised as water resistant but these failed in the presence of sweat. At the price point I expected them to last longer, now I am considering replacing with something cheaper if they are going to break anyway after a short time. Its sad because when they did work they were pretty good, they fit my larger head nicely. The sound quality was pretty good as well. One star for total product failure.

> 24 hourThis is the first time I have tried this style of headphone. I have purchased at least 4 different styles/brands of Bluetooth earbuds in the last few years, trying to get a pair that works well for running.

> 24 hourHave attempted to contact customer support 3 time. No response. While I like the sound of the device, 3 hour battery is unacceptable. My 30 dollar head se at least lasts 6-7 hrs. and sounds just as good. Beginning to believe I just wasted $160. Without a serious upgrade in customer support, I suggest you avoid this product.

> 24 hourBecause 2020 is the year of terrible, I got a brain tumor that destroyed my hearing in my right year AND....earbuds fall out of my left ear. I saw these and bought them thinking that they would not only help preserve my remaining hearing but I wouldnt have to worry about the buds getting loose. So far, these are fantastic. They fit well, dont fall off, sound is great. Im also an avid biker and I dont have to worry about not hearing my surroundings. This review asked me to rate noise cancelling, thats not applicable as these dont go in the ear. However they give you ear plugs if you want to block out sound. Multipoint was very easy to set up (first time for me). I can pick up my tablet watch a show. Put it down and turn on a podcast on my cellphone. Dont have to do anything to switch between the two.

> 24 hourI’d say due to the bone conductive technology and type of audio quality you get which is about half the quality of traditional drivers, these will only be my outdoor activity headphones. The only advantage to this tech is being able to hear around you. The sound is ok due to the limitations of bone conduction (no bass and basic mids-highs).

> 24 hourMe agradó la tecnología presente en el artículo, fácil conectividad, muy ligero, se aprecia que es de muy buena calidad, tiene buen sonido a pesar de que la conducción de este es a nivel óseo, sencillamente es espectacular, lo recomiendo 100%. 10/10.
