Aftershokz Aeropex Mini (Rebranded as Shokz OpenRun Mini) Bone Conduction Wireless Bluetooth Headphones

I have an unusual ear geometry (angle and size of my right ear opening) that makes wearing any in-ear headphone next to impossible. Over the ear means Im cutoff from whats going on in my office, or around me when Im out hiking. The sound quality on these is better than most IEMs I had tried, and I can still catch when someone is trying to get my attention. My only complaint (like some of the other reviewers) is that the back bar is not adjustable. On some of my shirts it will catch on the collar, and it seems like it would be simple to let one side slide into the other and catch (like some baseball caps do) to allow the circuity to flow while still adjusting the fit.

Love these. Great for being active and getting work done or just relaxing and listening to music while still wanting to be aware of the world. Most earphones dont fit well with me and these were the perfect solution.

Amazing product. Long battery life. Let’s me hear my surroundings and listen to music or an audio book. It’s a bit pricey but totally worth the money

Took these on a bicycle ride across NC in October. These are not the best sounding headphones you will ever listen to, but they are the ONLY safe way to listen while riding or in situations where you need to be acoustically aware of your environment.

Effective, comfortable and long-lasting. The open-ear feature is excellent; when sound isnt playing it doesnt impede your hearing at all, and when it is its no more so than being near a speaker.

I use these headphones while facilitating a type of psychotherapy called Brainspotting. In these sessions, my clients need to have bilateral music playing into their ears, but they still need to be able to hear me speaking. Brainspotting is often used to help people with psychological trauma, and closing off their ears entirely can be triggering for some people. These are a near perfect solution for this purpose. The battery life is good and the headset is easy to use. The sound quality is so-so and people have a harder time with noticing the music fading into one ear and fading out of the other (which is an important part of the process). It’s easy to clean between clients which is nice. I wish the sound quality was a little better but these have changed the way I do therapy for the better.

Bought this for use while biking outside. Based on reviews, I was expecting much worse sound quality but am impressed with how it sounds. They are comfortable and work as expected. At high speeds, the wind noise is difficult to hear over but still better and safer than in ear buds. Fits well even with glasses, helmet and head-sock on.

Truly amazing. Battery life is longer than expected. Sound quality and noise cancellation is unlike anything I ever experienced.

These headsets sound great and are very lightweight.
