Aftershokz Aeropex Mini (Rebranded as Shokz OpenRun Mini) Bone Conduction Wireless Bluetooth Headphones

I received a pair for my birthday a year back. I always had earitable issues with in-ear headphones so I wanted to try bone-conducting. I loved these things. While wearing them, I told everyone I met that they should definitely look into them. You run the risk of turning the volume up too high but I didnt think much of it. Id wear them 3-4 hours every other day. After 6 months, I started getting ringing in my ears at the end of the day.

They are easy to use and pair to devices, got these for when I ride my bike or walk. And while I havent used them for that they have found a lot of other use. They work well for phone calls, mic is great and people think it sounds clearer than other BT headphones and the phone mic.

These new headphones are great for runners. They allow you to listen to your music loud while still having the ability to hear things around you. Since they use bone conduction your ears are free to hear your surroundings. These are NOT noise canceling. I leave all that to my Beats Pros or Samsung Buds. These are awesome for what they are designed to do. I love running in my AfterShox.

I have a small head and was worried these would look weird or wouldn’t fit but no issues. These are not noise canceling and are not meant to be. I wear these for 9 hours a day 5 days a week while I’m inspecting houses. I listen to music and talk on the phone constantly. Great battery life. I like that I can still hear my surroundings. Best investment I’ve purchased.

Aftershokz are the perfect fit for the gym as well as office. I can listen to music but still hear the things going on around me. The fit is comfortable after you get used to the feeling of them being near your ears but not in your ear. I can hear quite well when a phone call comes in and the person I am talking to has no issue hearing me. Most people do not even realize I have them on as they can be hidden under my hair.

I use it to listen to all my phone audio and make calls it is an excellent product. Im very glad I made this purchase.

I purchased the Aeropex Mini for my wife. I had previously gotten her the normal size Aeropex headphones. She likes the normal size ones too, but they stick out in the back more than shed like sometimes. The Aeropex Mini fits her better and is especially useful when she does outdoor activities involving hats or helmets. She says that the sound quality is the same as that of her normal size Aeropex headphones.

Gives me a headache after 30 minutes of use. Cannot take off without tangling my long hair. After 2 1/2 months this is an expensive item to trash at $175.00. Too late to return.

These are great ear buds. Much better than the Apple product

These headphones are great for running. Easy to use, great sound and no worries with sweat or rain. I can still hear other sounds when Im running. Important safety issue.
