> 3 dayIll share a picture how far the tang goes to the back of the handle. That in itself is worth a thousand words if amazon review had a minimum character count :) Kidding aside, its very sharp so wear gloves when handling the knife. Left it outside since I bought it and still no sign of any corrosion. Nearly full tang, it ends just where the hanging hole starts

> 3 dayI purchased this tool in anticipation of removing the turf around my mailbox so that I could plant another ground cover that doesnt require cutting. I have a larger tool to remove sod, but I have spine issues and worried that using that tool might result in lumbar pain. This tool turned out to be fantastic in removing the turf around my mailbox. Using the tool required very little effort at all to cut and remove the turf. I highly recommend it for removing small areas of turf. It also seems versatile for other gardening uses; e.g. planting, thinning out, etc

> 3 dayChose this soil knife due to its thick handle & strong blade. Had the opportunity to try one out & it was so easy to use. The one I tried out had been used daily for a long time & still going strong.
