Greater than one weekThese are so great for planting bulbs, planting, digging up or transplanting perennials and slicing through root balls when planting anything containerized. Orange handles help keep them from getting lost. Love the serrated edge and sturdy construction. I cant live without this tool. These were a good value for the money as well. AM Leonard is a great brand too.

> 3 dayIf you only had one tool for your garden, this is the one to have. I have had other Hori Hori knives in the past. This is my favorite so far. It is a good weight, comfortable to grip and feels very solid. The shaft of the blade goes all the way up the handle, so it wont break like some of the others I have had. I am a happy gardener.

> 3 dayGreat garden knife; best Ive ever used. Incredibly tough, good handle grip, sharp, holds an edge, and does all the jobs needed. Ive divided tough rhizome plants, cut out invasive tree roots, and many more tasks. Cleans up with a spray of water and resists rust. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommend!

Greater than one weekI bought this because I have a lot of weeding to do, from simple to obnoxious vines with lots of roots. This has made the job much easier. Pulls shallow roots up with each easy, great for cutting through soil and roots. Also use it for a little digging and cutting open soil bags.

> 3 dayI use this every day during gardening season…. Great for weeding, transplanting seedlings or planting out annuals, dividing perennials, can cut twine with it, etc… have had one for more than 10 yrs, and bought this one as a gift for a fellow gardener. The orange handle is nice…helps you find it if you lay it down somewhere… forget to bring it in one day, no problem…no rust….

> 3 dayAlthough shipping charges were a bit outrageous, this garden knife is tops. Very sturdily constructed, easy to grasp, and the easiest time Ive ever had removing weeds . . . 6 roots and all.
