> 3 daySetup was super easy, plugged in, powered on then adjusted the names for each outlet in the Alexa app. Now I can use Alexa to power those on and off by voice command. Works perfectly, totally worth it!

Greater than one weekThis item randomly disconnects from ALEXA. It isnt the internet or everything would disconnect. When it works, it works fine.

Greater than one weekFairly simple to set up. Wife can now turn on and off table lamp, heating pad and recharge her IPad all from the comfort of her recliner. No more switching outlets.

Greater than one weekWho would have imagined that Id be writing a review about a power strip but my experience with this new strip from Amazon Basics has me all excited. First and foremost, it simply does exactly what you would hope it would: provide control over three independent sockets remotely using Alexa. I plugged it in, skipped reading the instructions, and it showed up immediately on my Alexa app, as three separate plugs. I did the standard Alexa app configuration for smart home devices (really simple, really fast, basically just giving them names and assigning them to a room). Setup took less than five minutes and was simple and intuitive. The strip also includes two USB sockets which is also super-convenient. For example, a wireless charging pad can plug into one and a direct USB-Lightning connector in the other. The Amazon product team deserves a big pat on the back for creating a product that does exactly what you would want it to, and fast and easy. And the price is great, only slightly more than the single plug option. I highly recommend this product. It is exceptionally well designed.

> 3 dayBought this for holiday light usage and they have been great! Wish the cord couldve been a smidge longer as I had to use an extension cord to get the power strip to where we needed it.

> 3 dayI got this Amazon Basics Smart 3-Outlet Surge Protector Power Strip with 2 USB Ports to use in my home office for my laptop and two desk lights. The two USB ports are handy when I want to charge my phone, smartwatch, or other devices (without taking up the plug space). It has a long power cord (3.5 feet in length) so it is easy to route it around furniture. I absolutely love that this works with Alexa - it only took a few minutes to set up (the only lag was my phone recognizing the Bluetooth device). Ive labeled each plug in Alexa so that I can turn off the individual plug outlets when I so desire (to save energy too). I also love that the powerstrip is surge protected so I can rest assured that my electronic devices are protected. I love that there is extra space between the three outlets, so there is room for the bulkier plugs (light certain lights have). I love this so much that I have purchased another one for my kitchen.

Greater than one weekThis Alexa power strip is amazing. It was so easy to set up, worked just like my stand alone plugs and saved space in a cramped area. If the cord was another 12 longer would be even better. I use it to control items in one room and can control them as a group or individual outlets. The USB ports are nice, would like to see USB-C ports on the next one (which I will then purchase).
