> 3 dayI may have selected that the device was integrated to my account at purchase, I can’t remember. But it connected to my acct right away when I plugged it in & I was able to access it on my Alexa app on my phone. Easy to use by just turning the plugs on/off in the mobile app. I haven’t figured out to connect it by verbal commands, I hope that’s possible because that was my initial plan.

> 3 dayI was trying to use it for my printer and TV but unfortunately, you can’t really use them for that, and that was my mistake. I have nothing really that I need to plug into it. All I have is ceiling lights, not floor lamps.

> 3 dayI couldnt write this review fast enough!! This power strip ended all my frustrations and woes of buying smart plugs (of the same brand) that sometimes will and other times wont, connect to my wifi! This device was immediately recognized by Alexa the minute I plugged it in. Set up is quick and easy. The power cord is very thick and sturdy and a good length as well. Each plug (3 total) operates individually so you can assign different names to each one, inside the app, to correlate with whatever device you plug in. Im using it for my Christmas lights. So, I assigned the 3 plugs to a group, set a routine, and all lights turn on and off at the times I set. Definitely worth buying for the quality, functionality, and price!!

> 3 dayPlug it in, and Alexa will find it. Nothing more to it. Power for each individual can be controlled by Alexa, either with the app or via voice. I use mine for my fish tank so I can turn on/off the filters and air pumps when I need to. Can also be used to schedule on/off times, so if you need lights (or anything else) to come on/off at specific times, that could easily be done too.

> 3 dayIf there is a corner in your house that needs multiple outlets and you want to control the appliances separately, this is the perfect solution. I can’t go back to the days without it. Only concern is I can’t use Alexa when internet is down.

Greater than one weekI was going to buy a wifi extender since my new cable router is a smart cable router that my old smart home plug wouldn’t work. I wanted to connect my new lamps to Alexa. With this extension cord which made things more convenient not only was I able to comfortable set up my lamps, the connection to Alexa was seamless. Thanks, Amazon!

Greater than one weekSuper cool. Easy to setup on Alexa and create custom names. Alexa - turn on/off patio lights, fence lights, Christmas tree, Santas Sleigh. You can also setup timers but havent done that yet. Yard lights usually only for party which can be early night or early morning.

> 3 dayIve bought multiples of these and have recommended them to friends looking for smart outlets. I purchased another brand multi-socket smart plug a month or so ago and it was horrible to try and connect to my Echo Dots. Wanted me to download some third-party App and give it access to my Alexa...and still didnt want to connect. Ugh. I gave up and threw it away and purchased another of these Amazon Basics ones. Sooo easy to connect, and so nice to have multiple smart outlets grouped together. I now have one of these in several rooms of my house, and the Amazon Basics single outlet Smart plug in several others. Highly Recommended.
