05-06-2025We have this plugged into our wall and microwave that cant reach the outlet plugged into it. If the microwave goes on lumber that 2 mums it will pop the surge protector without fail. Every time. I like that it works but I feel like I still got a defective one with how often it pops.

Greater than one weekI was trying to use it for my printer and TV but unfortunately, you can’t really use them for that, and that was my mistake. I have nothing really that I need to plug into it. All I have is ceiling lights, not floor lamps.

> 3 dayI have been having problems with the USB ports on the power strip. They just randomly stop working and the only way to get them back to working is to unplug the strip from the wall and then re-plug it in. This has now happened 3 or 4 times in the course of a month or so. Power-cycling at the strip itself doesnt appear to clear the issue, have to unplug it from the wall. Is anyone else seeing issues like this?

> 3 dayOk have tried various off brands and some work soso and some not at all. This one was seen quickly and automatically and working in seconds My only gripe is it’s ONLY three plugs. Really!? Works great otherwise. Also wish the USB’s were controlled separately

Greater than one weekEasy to set up, I scanned the back of the plug with Alexa app. Found it right away. I named each plug a separate name. My sofa and love seat always stay on since they have heat and massage. I was afraid to alway leave plugged in when at night, so I ordered 1 plug for the sofa. Loved the product so much I ordered another one for the love seat! Now I can turn each individual side on when using or off when I go to bed. Great peace of mind..

Greater than one weekI like this power strip because each plug is addressable from Alexa. The USB ports are _not_ addressable however. Also there really aren’t enough outlets. It would be better to have 5 or 6 outlets than 3. This works like the Amazon Plug and it’s easy to setup. If I need another solution like this I’ll buy again for sure.

Greater than one weekI’ve only had it a few weeks but it was really easy to set up with Alexa. Each plug can be controlled independently. The 2USB ports are a bonus.

> 3 dayThe product works well once you get it setup. Instructions could be more detailed however eventually linked with Alexa and has been very helpful for seniors in the home.
