Upgraded from a 2600x and am very happy with the increase in performance from the extra cores. Make sure you get a good cooler. I am using a Dark Rock Pro 4 and under load, this CPU still reaches 80+ Celcius. This is within spec, but make sure you have a good cooler and case with plenty of airflow otherwise, you will leave performance on the table due to throttling, or even damage the silicone.

First of all, delivery was quick, the box is unnecessarily big cause its just a CPU and no cooler but that matters little.

I gave it a 4 stars ONLY because it was sold for more than the actual price, and that is scummy (and I hope you and your family have a terrible year.) I paid $533 and after tax it was obviously more, but still I will pay the $80 to have it for an extra 6-8 months (or longer) before it drops down to the actual launch price.

disappointed. i’ve been excited to get my hands on it but ran into this (img above). hopefully refund is fast.

Processo super! Montato sulla mia b550 msi tomahawk e non ha problemi a regerlo,sono passata dal 3600, salto di prestazioni allucinante, lo consiglio vivamente con un raffreddamento a liquido
