AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core, 24-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor

Vengo de un ryzen 7 2700x, y aunque aquel procesador también es muy bueno (a pesar del paso de los años), la diferencia es notoria.

Upgraded from ryzen 3600(a fantastic cpu and would recommend) that I got 3 years ago . Updated bios of my b450 tomahawk max. Installed ryzen 5900x cpu everything is smoother and faster so far. Using same gpu, ram and aio temp about 45c. Tested lwith cinebench 23 multicore got over 20000 from about 8900(with 3600) Hope to keep this for maybe a few years then do a full new build

Massive upgrade from R5 2600. There would be a few games that seemed like the graphics would struggle but I have a pretty decent card so a I doubted that. I picked this up and now my PC will practically run anything smooth. Well worth it and Id recommend a Corsair or Cooler Master cooler to go with this.

This CPU is perfect for gaming, I’ve never had a full AMD system till now and I don’t regret it. I was surprised on the thermals since I originally adopted an intel cpu idle temps were around 25-35 degrees, but the 5900x shows 40-50 idle with my AIO. Not to worry anyone but the thermals are natural for the performance you receive. I managed to buy one from Amazon directly please don’t support the scalpers, join a discord that tracks limited stock items like Falcodrin he also livestreams on twitch for GPU’s!

Did not work after checking/confirming computability with new and old parts. Went to reorder to confirm that the new part would work but the price is not $50 more..

Very good cpu for the price. Only major drawback is that it requires a lot of cooling compared to average cpu runs very hot. Besides that very good

Excellent investment, an ideal processor for video editing and digital composition, fast and reliable ... for noting it is very hot and must have very good cooling ... I am very happy
