This product is my least favorite magnesium for the bath. The flakes do not dissolve as well as the natural Dead sea salt which I prefer. Although Ancient Magnesium Bath flakes recommend using up to the full bag, I only use a few cups which is more than enough for me, as too much irritates my skin! There are other brands of Epsom salts available through Amazon which I far prefer, and are more reasonably priced, as you do not need to use as much in the bathtub!

I absolutely love these flakes. After getting my gall bladder out i had no ideal i needed to up magnesium but once i found out i ordered these just scooped a SOLO cup full and scattered it in my bath as it was filling with The Hot Water if your flakes arent dissolving try that i had no issues no loose pieces everything was completely dissolved by the time my bath was ready. I heavy Sweat for a good 20 mins so ik it worked . I also get sore from working out in the gym and it happened to be leg day, these are a Godsend and i will continue to order them. Pleaseeee update your packaging though cause my living room was full of flakes

I mix it with Epsom salts and gently slough the skin in the bath before it melts. I cannot say if its helping tired or aching muscles; it is costly, and you need to add a lot to the bath, so I wont be buying it again.

I purchased Ancient Minerals to address my magnesium deficiency. I make a spray and use it transdermally . I will try adding to my bath to see the effect on.pain. In comparison to other guanties available for purchase , the size I purchased was most cost efficient

These are great for muscle cramps,tired ache muscles. If youre allergic to sulfa this is the soak your looking for. Works great.
