> 3 dayThis bag is absolutely huge! The picture has a standard size permanent marker in it just to give you a size reference. We bought this for our high-energy 2 year old who is an awful sleeper. Since giving her very diluted baths with this a few times a week, she is definitely sleeping better. I can tell this magnesium helps her relax. We will continue to use!

> 3 dayClean product from a trusted brand. Solid, strong and resealable bag for packaging. Ordered the larger size to support sustainability by reducing waste on shipping and cardboard packaging. Also, opted for extended shipping with rewards. Thank you Amazon! Great job. They shipped slightly early to boot!! :)

> 3 dayWhen you put your body in hot water with this, your body will be warm for a while. The water turns into like a hot spring. I will definitely put this in my bathtub when I fill it with hot water. When I was pregnant, my legs would cramp up in the middle of the night, but when I got into the hot water with this in it, my legs didnt cramp up, and they didnt hurt either!

> 3 dayReally good for soaking your body after lifting weights or a hard workout. You get a huge bag of this stuff for a low price! Most multivits don’t contain a lot of magnesium, and most foods aren’t packed with magnesium either. Great way to get more magnesium in your life if deficient… very calming effect!

> 3 dayI love the flakes, and that it can be used on your hair and to exfoliate your skin.

> 3 dayThese flakes dissolve easily in warm water. A twenty to thirty minute soak relieves my aches and pains better than Epsom salts. I’ve been using this for a couple of years for significant arthritis pain with positive results.
