I love Magnesium and when I read about the oil online I just had to have it. It works great for what I bought it for. I use to have over 6,000 murrmurrs (skipped beat is what it feels like and it takes your breath away and scared you so bad that you are dieing or your heart feels as though it is trying to stop.) I got the Ancient Minerals fast and in a box in its bag. Like the picture shows. It was not a replacement bag of a different kind. It was from where they said.No holes in the bag and it has the big chips which was told that would be what they would look like when you get the right kind. The bag is very heavy because well it is a type of sea salt from the bottom of the ocean floor that was chipped away to make this. ^.^ I found my recipe from a website I trusted and then made my oil. I made the mistake of using a plastic bottle which was told to not use but only glass spray bottle and must find the glass pipe that goes into your sprayer part. It all should be glass because it keeps your magnesium pure. Plastic leaches into the oil and that gets into your system as well. Anyways.. I made the oil and used it and right away it worked GREAT. It calmed my heart down to its normal beat and it also helps me sleep at night. I dont take calcium with it like some say to do. I should though because my body needs it bad and now more than ever. But Basically this product is great and helps with so many things. I even use the oil spay on my plants inside and outside. I spritz the leaves with this and they get so much prettier and healthy looking. The fruits of my plants that are for food get bigger as well. I also use epsom salts on the lawn but tried this on the lawn last year? OMG it made the lawn so green. So see everything needs magnesium and Ancient Minerals is just great for getting your magnesium. Just a little in a foot bath is great for sore feet and I even put my foot bath on my coffee table and make a clean bath for other areas of my body if need be. But if you want to soak in a warm bath or magnesium? Just add a cup of this in your water and relax. (do not use hot hot water) ^.^ get some for yourself as well. I love mine and will keep buying. 1 bag has lasted me 2 years now. But I dont use a lot for my needs.Mostly for my heart rate and also helps me with my blood pressure. Herd you can add it to a sprayer and spritz your hair and your color will come back to its real color and it will give a bleach curl. I plan to do this soon.

I’ve read that this item specifically is really good. Your body absorbs the magnesium chloride much better than it does magnesium sulfate (regular epsom salt). So far I’ve done 2 soaks and I think I’m noticing results after the first bath! I’ve had a sinus infection for a solid week now, with no signs of getting better. 100% shut down, can’t breathe torture. After reading this helps detox toxins, I purchased and immediately soaked in the tub upon its arrival. The very next day, everything was loosening up, and I was actually able to blow my nose and start getting the crud out! By the end of the night! 24 hours after my first chloride soak, I was breathing again! Coincidence? Miracle salt? Could be too early to tell… but I really like it so far! I have really bad arthritis in my knees, and it seemed to help my knee pain! I will purchase again! Because this is more spendy than regular epsom salt, I ended up doing a 2:2 ratio. I did 2 cups of the magnesium sulfate (epsom salt) and then 2 cups of the Ancient Minerals magnesium Chloride. Then soaked for 20 mins. Stay away from all the epsoms salts with fragrances! It’s all toxic garbage!!! Get the plain salts!!

This product is my least favorite magnesium for the bath. The flakes do not dissolve as well as the natural Dead sea salt which I prefer. Although Ancient Magnesium Bath flakes recommend using up to the full bag, I only use a few cups which is more than enough for me, as too much irritates my skin! There are other brands of Epsom salts available through Amazon which I far prefer, and are more reasonably priced, as you do not need to use as much in the bathtub!

Was referred this magnesium brand from the owner of a supplement brand I love! Brian at Ancestral Supplements said this us the best brand he has found. That was enough for me. This bag is huge but it will go a long way.

Your body takes in magnesium transdermally so this is a perfect way to get as much as you need in a bath. Soothing and lovely.

Dissolves easily. Wife loves it.
