This magnesium is amazing for aches, pains, and relaxing before bedtime. It works well without being overpowering and itchy like some magnesium

Magnesium will help relax your muscles and your mind, soak your feet or bathe before bed and sleep. I wish I had learned about this stuff years ago.

I use Ancient Minerals flakes often to soak my legs/feet, as I get cramps with prolonged standing or walking. This really is the best solution I have found to keep the cramps at bay.

What I like about this is the flakes dissolve very nice and sooth your skin. Also helps me sleep better.

Ive used magnesium chloride flakes for a long time. Started about eight years ago when I made natural hair products for my curly hair. For some reason, sodium chloride is drying, but magnesium chloride not as much. (People with curly hair use salts to get more curl or that day at the beach look.) Started doing Pilates about eighteen months ago. Had issues with the ball of my left foot cramping. Did some research and found out that most of us are deficient in magnesium. While I take some orally in my vitamin supplements, I found out that dermal absorption is a better way to go with magnesium. The magnesium of choice is magnesium chloride. A few months later, I got into aromatherapy. Actually took a Butters & Balms course from a reputable aromatherapy school. Since some people have issues with itching from straight magnesium oil (magnesium chloride flakes with water) sprayed on skin, I started making a magnesium body butter that I found online. Have a lot of people in the studio using magnesium oil at this point. Since we dont have a bath tub anymore, when I need to up my dose of magnesium, I do foot soaks--half magnesium chloride flakes/half Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate.) Usually add some essential oils (with a little carrier oil) to help with skin issues. When purchasing the magnesium chloride flakes, you need to be careful to buy the cosmetic grade. I noticed that some magnesium chloride flakes were being sold as snow melt. This was a personal purchase, I paid full price.

If youre wanting to detoxify in a very soothing way, youve got to try Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes. I bought this for my wife to help her ankles and sore feet, however this turned out to be a lot better than I thought. After she tried it for a week (every other day or at least 4 times a week), she had such great feet relief & felt so invigorated as of a sense of total body relief. She had to make me try it. To humor her, I soaked my feet in a foot bath. With warm water, I could tell after several more days of soakings that I didnt feel just comfortable but re-invigorated. What was happening to me as well as her was toxins were leaving our bodies. It really is a wonderful way to not just relax, but feel so much better after a hard days work. We love it!

This is better than epson salt. It is magnesium flakes and most of us are lacking magnesium. Helps with aches and pains. Helped get rid of restless legs and soreness after working out.

I’ve read that this item specifically is really good. Your body absorbs the magnesium chloride much better than it does magnesium sulfate (regular epsom salt). So far I’ve done 2 soaks and I think I’m noticing results after the first bath! I’ve had a sinus infection for a solid week now, with no signs of getting better. 100% shut down, can’t breathe torture. After reading this helps detox toxins, I purchased and immediately soaked in the tub upon its arrival. The very next day, everything was loosening up, and I was actually able to blow my nose and start getting the crud out! By the end of the night! 24 hours after my first chloride soak, I was breathing again! Coincidence? Miracle salt? Could be too early to tell… but I really like it so far! I have really bad arthritis in my knees, and it seemed to help my knee pain! I will purchase again! Because this is more spendy than regular epsom salt, I ended up doing a 2:2 ratio. I did 2 cups of the magnesium sulfate (epsom salt) and then 2 cups of the Ancient Minerals magnesium Chloride. Then soaked for 20 mins. Stay away from all the epsoms salts with fragrances! It’s all toxic garbage!!! Get the plain salts!!

Easy product to use and it seems to help with relaxation. Be careful not to spill them on your floor though!!
