> 24 hourWhen it is working, it’s great. Unfortunatly, I just ordered my third, not because I love it, but because they stopped working. I do not know if it is something I am doing or something to do with the controller board ( Duet WiFi). The last one worked for six months and I was happy as a pig in pie. I printed almost every day, but then I took a few days off and came back to a flashing BLTouch. Usually, that is a wiring issue but I made sure it was plugged into the controller correctly, checked all the connectors with a usb microscope, and even though everything checked out alright, I carefully built two new cables, but in the end, I was left with a flashing non-functional sensor. Addendum: The third I’ve worked fine with both the new and the old wire and connectors. Tried the old ones with the new wire and connectors and the still did not work. I would saw that locks it down: the BLTouch was mal-functioning on the two older ones.

> 24 hourNo more wasting time with bed knobs and paper trying to level your bed. Let the hardware do the work for you and enjoy good prints. For the miniscule investment in money and time, theres no reason not to have auto bed leveling.

> 24 hourAfter switching from a glass bed to a flex plate, I noticed that there was a dip in the middle of the heated bed. Since Longer stopped selling the BL Touch on its website, I opted to get this one. When I tried to install it, it initially didnt work. I searched the official Longer Facebook group, and a user on there pointed out that you have to switch the placement of the red and brown wire so that the brown wire is ground. Once I did that I noticed it worked on boot up, although the z-axis detection was still off and my print head was starting to dig into the bed. I swapped the orientation of the z-axis connector to where the black white is facing the inside of the control board and the white wire is facing the outside of the control board and that worked. All I had to do was follow the instructions on the Longer website and it works like a charm.

> 24 hourNo more bed leveling! Now the printer does it automatically. Well worth the money.

> 24 hourI installed this the first time as quickly as I could, and didnt do the greatest job soldering headers to my i3 clones board. I didnt really like the instructions, so I just spliced my own connections to connectors that worked for me. I ran into a bunch of problems where it would work for one print then stop lighting up. After diligently checking my solder connections, I added a bunch of hot glue to all the connections for the sensor once they were plugged in well. Once I got it working reliably, I love it. I could manually level the corners of my bed (glass) and the center would always be too high, any print that used more than the center of the bed, some corner would always have trouble adhering and the first layer would be impossible to print. After installing the sensor, 9 times out of 10 I dont even watch the first layer go down, I click print and try to remember to check before the print is finished that it started out okay, and it always does.

> 24 hourI had issues with the wiring not having the correct pins but I just made it fit with other pins, thought it still did not feel firmly attached to the board. 2 stars for the wires included since the connector is useless, 5 starts for the BLtouch itself.

> 24 hourIt might be a bit of a process to install, but its worth the simplicity of constantly adjusting.
