Subtle Tales
> 3 dayPaid for a full 500g of resin, received maybe half that. Ordered a bottle of transparent resin. Received it the other day, tried to use it today. Went to pour the resin into the vat, (carefully as always) had to tip farther than usual, thought maybe it was thicker than other resins. Nope, the bottle started to pour just fine and when the bottle was empty the vat wasnt at the max fill line. I have a small machine with a max capacity of 260ml, meaning there was less than 260ml of resin in the bottle. I understand that weight and volume are not the same measurement. I poured the resin back into the bottle and weighed them. The bottle AND resin combined only weighed 328g. I dont know what an empty bottle weighs, but it isnt zero, and there certainly wasnt more than a few grams of resin loss from pouring it into the vat (100% will of course never pour back out as it clings to surfaces), but even if there was 10% loss, the bottle and resin combined should have weighed at least 500g. 500 and 328 are quite a bit different. I would be wary of which seller you purchase from, or purchase from Anycubics website directly, or risk getting screwed.

> 3 dayNew to the hobby and this has almost no smell, isnt horrible on my skin (I wear gloves but accidents happen), and the overall quality of my prints is very good. Using an Anycubic Photon Zero so not the best out there as far as resolution but I still get quality detail with this resin .

Greater than one weekI purchased and heavily used Anycubic ECO Grey, White, and Clear. I print mainly miniatures. I want good detail, and I want my prints to survive falls from the table from time to time. Pros: 1. Jack of all Trades Cons: 1. Jack of all Trades Print detail: This resin definitely shows less detail than some other resins Ive tried, however I would still consider this resin an option depending on price and availability. Printed calibration chips and RERF tests all showed this resin as decidedly middling: In the end, you will want to err on the side of a bit of over-exposure to make sure those fine supports print on many pre-supported mini packs, even though this will lose out on a little detail. Even so, detail is good. Not great, not fantastic, but solid. Clear showed the most detail, then grey, then white. Smell: The smell is pretty bad. Its supposed to be an improvement on the original, but for me this resin smells a little less than Elegoo Water Washable, but significantly worse than Sirayatech Fast or Sirayatech Blu. Strength/Flexibility: This varies between colors. As usual, clear tended is the most brittle, but also shows the most detail. Funny enough, White tended to need higher exposure times than Grey (I expected it to be the other way around) in order to print correctly. Both White and Grey have a little bit of flex and give before snapping, which is fantastic because it allows me to have minor accidents with minis falling off the table without having them shatter catastrophically.

> 3 dayI have tried this resin more than any sane person should. I have gone through 2, 1kg bottles of this stuff trying to print on the anycubic photon mono x 6k and have not had a single print come out successfully. Whether it is the burn in layers not adhering to the build plate, layers separating from eachother after the print has completed or supports just randomly failing to adhere to themselves when the supports are being printed (before any part of the model is actually being printed). I have tried 2 different anycubic resins and had 0 successful prints with either of them. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps to try and get the resin to print properly, but having to pay for over 2 bottles of this stuff and still not having any successful prints is where I draw the line. I am going to stick with the siraya tech fast grey. I was just hoping for a cheaper alternative. I guess you get what you pay for.

Greater than one weekThis is my 4th or 5th bottle. Makes great prints with fine detail, or at high speed (0.1mm layer height, 2s exposure time)

> 3 dayi got my best results on my Photon Mono X Printer using 1.3 -1.5 second exposure times at 75% UV and 16 second base layers. I will buy again when sales start popping up

> 3 dayI ended up buying this stuff after accidentally making my apartment uninhabitable for a day by using normal resin. Good news is yes, it doesnt smell. I can now sit next to the printer and burn out my eyeballs with the UV instead of my lungs with the fumes. Now I should say it isnt 100% odorless but as far as I can tell you dont need a whole fume setup and a dedicated room for it it only gives you one big ol whiff of chemical smell when you take off the cover after the resin has been in the vat for a bit like after a print but after that it quickly dissipates unlike the normal resin whos smell lingers for hours. As for quality I cant really see any difference from the regular resin so in my opinion the slightly higher cost is worth it if you dont wanna wear a gas mask every time you print something.

> 3 dayThis is the best brand that I have tried. I live in a small apartment and I try to print only overnight and clean next day in the morning while my daughter and wife are asleep, so the odor does not bother them. This is low odor, after cleaning everything with alcohol the smell is almost gone. Totally gone then they wake up. The quality is superb, I was afraid that low odor meant lower quality, not at all. I will stick to this resin for a while

> 3 dayPretty new to printing, so I havent tried a ton of resin types but Im very pleased with this one. Everything Ive printed with it so far has come out well and Im having an easier time removing supports than I did before. The supports also seem to leave less of a mark than they did with the other resin I used. Overall I am a very happy customer and will continue to use this resin.
