> 24 hourI have to have surge protectors with the on/off buttons because my apartment is so old. I have to have one at nearly every outlet. They work great.

> 24 hourI needed a power strip with over 6 outlets and wanted a decent Joule rating. Also I have owned APC in the past and have been very satisfied with the quality. This power strip so far has met my expectations and is working out great.

> 24 hourI got this mainly because it was one of the thinner units that had 8 plugs. For me this was important because I wanted it fit in the cable organizing tray on a sit-stand desk. It does so wonderfully and I havent had any issues in the short time Ive used it. Its currently powering a PC, monitor, bookshelf speakers, desk lamp, and a few usb chargers.

> 24 hourI bought this mainly to reheat my eva dry as if you use a normal surge protect you can only plug in ONE.. with this you can plug in 2 lays flat nicely, extra long cord.. Great product! Also good for when you need to plug in behind a bed, dresser etc.. the longer cord makes it really useful

> 24 hourJust the right amount of protection for my AV center (TV, audio, AV components). Good price and sturdy.

> 24 hourThe best thing about this surge protector is the plug in just takes up one spot on the outlet. The protector itself has done nicely spaced connections but would be difficult to use them all and probably not wise to do so. Flat thus does not take up much room. Appears well made and a good value. Likely will buy again.

> 24 hourI bought two of these (PH8). They protected all my equipment through a blown transformer recently. Others in my neighborhood have damaged equipment and are trying to sue the power company now. Meanwhile, my stuff is fine and after 5 minutes of APC chat support, they are shipping me a replacement for one of them that wouldn’t turn on after the incident. I enthusiastically give it 5 stars for working like they should, and would give 5 more for backing the lifetime warranty.

> 24 hourI really wanted a flat connection to the wall in a certain area in my house to optimize space. Originally I had one that was not a flat connection, and I had to have furniture stick out from the wall. Now with a flat one I have been able to reduce that space and it looks much cleaner and the space feels larger. The switch to turn it off and on is easy to access and I can plug lots of items into it. I researched a lot of surge protectors looking at both design and safety and so far this has fit my needs.
