APC Surge Protector, White Power Strip PH8W, 2160 Joules, Flat Plug, 8 Outlet Power Strip

I bought 3. I currently use one for my laptop/monitors, the second for my TV, Wi-Fi, gaming console, and the third one at my boyfriends apartment for his TV, gaming console, etc. I ordered this one because of the USB ports, room for different size plugs, the flat plug, white color to look less dusty, and 2160 joules to protect my electronics if there was lightening spike. I like that theres an indicator light that shows if the surge protection is actively working, rather than some power strips that just have a fake light for the power button. The bottom of it also does say it is ETL listed which is always always good for insurance purposes. Ive had this since early February and havent had any issues yet.

The best thing about this surge protector is the plug in just takes up one spot on the outlet. The protector itself has done nicely spaced connections but would be difficult to use them all and probably not wise to do so. Flat thus does not take up much room. Appears well made and a good value. Likely will buy again.

These power cords are slim enough to hide under my dual power recliner love seats. The angle plug works great, helping to keep the cord out of the way. I did not receive a registration card for the $150k protection plan however so not sure how that will workout if needed hopefully never

I needed a solid, highly-rated surge protector for my house, and I needed it quickly, so I turned to Amazon and APC. I have owned several APC surge protectors, including a battery backup, and this one (APC Power Strip Surge Protector, PH8, 2160 Joules, 8 Outlet Power Strip) did not disappoint. It is an excellent product at a good price, and I highly recommend it.

I bought this mainly to reheat my eva dry as if you use a normal surge protect you can only plug in ONE.. with this you can plug in 2 lays flat nicely, extra long cord.. Great product! Also good for when you need to plug in behind a bed, dresser etc.. the longer cord makes it really useful

I needed a power strip with over 6 outlets and wanted a decent Joule rating. Also I have owned APC in the past and have been very satisfied with the quality. This power strip so far has met my expectations and is working out great.

The differently oriented sockets make the power strip really useful for things with the 90 degree angled plugs.

So I live by this company and high recommend it for two reasons. 1. It works. Ive had one that was destroyed during a thunderstorm but like the company claims, it will protect your electronics, and boy did it do so. While the unit was trashed after the storm, all my gear was 100% and protected. After that I was sold and all of the electronics in our house are hooked up to this company. But more importantly, 2. The companys guarantee. If any of your devices or electronics are damaged while using this product, they will cover you for the damage. Cant beat that.

Outlets are accessible and 3 of them are spaced well apart from one another for bigger plugs. Weak charge on the USB ports is my only complaint.

Ive been using APC products for a long time and had a need to replace another surge protector that had outgrown its life. Went with APC again, and this unit gives you a great band for the buck. Plenty of room to plug in what I need, and already has paid dividends as the day after installing there was a thunderstorm and a bit of a power surge.
