> 24 hourI like the machine. The Artic Air neck. But it didn’t come with the charger. When I called I was told they couldn’t send me one only give me $5 off my original purchase. I had to find a 3 rd party available charger to but through Walmart. So whereas I like the product, I recommend finding another company to buy it from.

> 24 hourI purchased this particular item for work, I had seen other people using them and they seemed to be happy with them. The fan was only about a week old when I could not get it to charge any more. It has been replaced and hopefully this lasts longer. Also the replacement is not exactly the same unless the first one had a defective of some kind. The first fan had an adjustable fit around your neck.

> 24 hourBought this to work outside in Dallas in 102 degree temperatures. It works but the air coming out is not refridgerated. Mostly it keeps air moving around your head. They are noisy as well. Sounds like you are wearing a white noise device.

> 24 hourI very much wanted to love this but its not powerful enough to overcome hot flashes. It does offer some relief if I turn it around and use it backwards so its blowing up my neck. If I dont turn it backwards then its blowing directly into my eyes, which are already dry. It is lacking the oomph needed to keep someone cool during running out doing yard work. I do give it stars for being malleable so that it can be put around large or small necks. I take away stars for the fact that it still winds my hair into its mechanism though it states that it wont. I normally have my hair up but I can feel and hear the baby hairs hitting the internal mechanics. I will caution everyone that although this one didnt live up to my expectations, none of them do. Ive tried several of these neck fans and theyre simply not strong enough. Every last one of them blows air into the eyes instead of under the chin or along the neck. For the price however, I would get a USB portable fan that can be aimed wherever you want, or a fan that plugs into your phone if something smaller and portable is needed. I have a 2.99 fan I bought in a box store and it plugs into any phone. That fan moves a Lot of air for being so small. At restaurants I ask for an empty 16 oz glass and put my phone upside down in that glass and voila, fan stand!

> 24 hourI really like this product. The only down side is if your outside in the extreme heat, the air cooling can’t keep up. It does still blow cooler air. I really like this

> 24 hourI bought this after my coworker had found a similar one from the same brand at work. We work in planes and when the A/C is off they can get pretty hot. I bought this hoping it would help alleviate that a little bit but it was very underwhelming. If its hot youll just have hot air blowing in your face and only when you are in an air conditioned area is it good. Its not adjustable so you cant bend it to your liking and if its quiet the fans sounds are quite noticeable. My coworkers thought they were cool though.

> 24 hourSeveral years ago I had been given an Arctic Air fan. Loved it! This latest fan - they have really changed it. It is slightly smaller in length. So the air doesnt reach my face really - just my neck. I needed it for my face. The somewhat-rigid rubber in the middle is not as flexible so Im afraid Im going to break the casing trying to widen it a bit. The noise is horrible. I need the thing on medium or high and it is just too loud to use. I will only use this on rare occasion because it cant do safely and conveniently what the original product could do. I no longer feel comfortable using it at a play or theater because it is so loud. Plus, if I kept it high enough, then I wouldnt hear anything around me.

> 24 hourI wear this on my neck to do car duty in the South Florida sun and it definitely makes a difference. My only complaint is that the air could be cooler.
